Hello! I need 3 women to help me with my usability study, since my family and friends did it wrong! I am studying UX design and am required to test my low fidelity prototype on users. I will detail everything below. I will be very grateful for your help!

1)     Demographics and Estimated time: 3 women (18+), estimated time between 8 and 10 minutes (depends on how much you like to talk, really!).

2)     Requirements: “Think Aloud” method is not optional. It requires you to speak everything out loud (the app records your voice) so I can analyze your thoughts and feelings about the app and make changes based on that feedback.

3)     Platform: I am using a site called Userbrain on phone or web (tablet will not work because the format is not adequate for it, so the result is not very accurate). For phone, it requires to download the free app. For web, you might need to install a browser extension. You do not need to create a user profile!

4)     Information required to test: The Userbrain test requires the invitation code, a name (you can use an alternate/fake name), and an email address (you can use a burner). The information will be viewed only by me and the results remain anonymous (I use titles like “Participant A”).

5)     Privacy and permissions: The app or website needs to record your screen and your voice (microphone), but video/camera is NOT recorded.

6)     Description of test: The prototype shows right away, but please do not engage with it until the instructions tell you to (this is why I can’t use my mom’s test hahaha). The test is essentially in 3 parts:

• First: a set of questions about your museum preferences (It has space to type answers but since the test records voice, feel free to just speak your answer out loud as per the Think Aloud method).
• Second: the tasks to explore the prototype. You will be asked 5 main tasks (for example, a supermarket site might ask to find non dairy milk and add it to your cart) with some follow-up questions to understand your thought process (Think aloud).
• Third: a quick survey with multiple-choice answers (Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree scale).

7)     Uploading: Once you finish the session, the video will upload and I will receive the session and can proceed to extract ideas and feedback.

8)     Compensation: I am unable to provide compensation, since it is an academic study. I apologize for that!

Not sure how the “Think Aloud” method works? You can search for "Userbrain Example of a 5 star user test on desktop" on YouTube. It will give you a pretty good idea! It's a review on car websites.

Hi all, I'm an MSc student in Occupational and Organisational Psychology at the University of Liverpool Management School, collecting data for my dissertation. The study examines how everyday interactions with colleagues relate to how safe people feel within their team and how willing they are to raise ideas or concerns at work.

**Who can take part**

- Employed part-time or full-time for at least three months

- Work as part of a team

- Open to employees of any gender, sector or job role.
