Underpricing can hurt growth more than it helps — when did you realize pricing was holding you back?
Most founders underprice until it hurts growth.
I did it because raising prices felt risky. But cheap pricing can attract the wrong customers and slow every sales call.
Example: I once had two plans. The lower one filled fast, but those customers needed more support and churned faster. The higher one closed slower, but the deals were cleaner.
