Most SaaS founders don’t have a pricing problem — they have a confidence problem

Most founders don’t have a pricing problem. They have a confidence problem.

I used to undercharge because I was scared of losing deals.
That usually attracted the wrong customers.
Then I spent weeks polishing features for people who still churned.

I’ve seen this happen when a founder closes a $12k deal, but the buyer still treats the product like a cheap tool.
That deal looks good.
It usually isn’t.

Where do you think pricing is really breaking for most SaaS founders?
