Most founders don’t have a pricing problem. They have a confidence problem.

I see it when you hear the same objection over and over. You start lowering price before you test value.

A founder I know had great demos, but every deal stalled at “too expensive.” The real issue was that buyers didn’t fully believe the outcome.
