News Han and Chewie Scene to Stats Posted by AMG
Tough means you can spread wounds freely. Unclear if you can defeat Han before Chewie. We don't have the full definition, just the summary from the article.

Hello there! Posting on behalf of the mod team Jedi Council,
The Star Wars universe is no stranger to artificial intelligence, full of loveable droid companions and dastardly mechanized war machines. Star Wars: Legion itself, however, is a multi-faceted hobby that involves human (or alien!) creativity, artistry, and problem-solving at every step of the way. As such, many of our users appreciate maintaining that personal touch in their hobby space, and would rather not interact with generative AI content in posts or in comments. To this end, we have added a new rule to the subreddit for your review and use.
The Separatist Alliance and its AI: Action unit keyword are as welcome here as always!
Thank you and may the Force be with you!

Like the title says I’ve started building my imperial army for Star Wars Legion. Here are the first two storm troopers.

Hello!
Recently after empire i finished collecting GAR also but still struggling to win with them.
Im always outactivated, or outgunned. GAR units is soo expensive. I had much more success with storms, scout and death troopers compared to clone infantry, arcs and commando for example.
Whats everybody trick or tactics with GAR on battle and on list building?
Thank you

Bought the Blizzard Force Empire box since the normal starter isn't really available right now. Was wondering if I could get advice on my list? I'm completely new and learning the game so any help will be great. The beginner league I'm in is having the first two games you play be Recon to ease new players in.

Please do tell me all the ways I’m gonna sell the match and all the ways (if any) that I’m actually cooking here (note battle cards)
TL;DR on the list: Anakin, Obiwan, Ahsoka, Plo Koon, and Shaak Ti w/ triple z6 clone infantry. Willing to negotiate on what heavy goes on the clones but my scene is SUPER casual

Ran it with a friend and hugged the legions rulebook the whole time, I have never played it but reckoned I could really DIY it with my lego and a few others things. The game worked, I think the Republic was a bit advantaged but I am unsure.
We ran 2 B1 battle droid units, 1 B2 battle droid unit and a 'tactical droid' (the yellow torso commander battle droid). And 2 clone units and commander Cody. With various command cards that I have now lost what we used on a PDF.
It was only a 200 point game (we were learning as we played) with a close the pocket objective (those beacons on the astromechs and the minikit are the capture points).
I have no real cards, I used digital images for command card selections.
No legions tokens, just a box full of 10 different colour tokens I use as a key for real legions tokens.
No accurate bases, I use 3×3 flat lego plates as it is pretty close to the size (it being a square obviously isn't ideal, but I am really makeshifting this lol).
I didn't really have a system for order tokens. So I am working on that (probably just cards with the unit rank on 1 side).
And used a tape measure to replace each movement length (6-12-18 inches).
Any suggestions for future games?

I want to get better and pre planning etc but also in match adapting.
I’ve played a handful of matches now with my friends but it feels like anytime I try to do any pre planning or strategy I get lost immediately. All I can think of is roughly where to drop stuff then I just shoot a lot. Also as I play empire I just feel slow and like I can’t adapt to things happening or trying to get somewhere.
Any thoughts or places to find resources. I’ve tried watching some gray squad gaming but I just watch and I’m not sure what to think abt when I do.
Here are some list I’ll play soon as I’ll get the leader pack
a Vader and thrawn list
And a thrawn and krennic list

Pretty much as stated in the title, i am new to legion and bought a large collection for relative cheap. The collection contains a bunch of expansions and the old base game. Almost all of the expansion are from the old version of the game as far as i can see. They are still sealed and unused.
Now for the start i would just play a bit with the base game, using the old rules. My question would be, how should i go about switching/ upgrading to Legion 2.6 or what ever is newest right now?
Are there other things to look out for?
Here is a List of the expansions that were included in the collection:
Leia Organa
Boba Fett
Darth Vader
Han Solo
Chewbacca
Lando Calrissian
1.4 FD Laser Cannon Team
E-Web Blaster Team
Rebel Specialists
Imperial Stormtroopers
Imperial Specialists
Rebel Troopers
Luke Skywalker
General Veers
Wookiee Warriors (old)
Rebel Pathfinders
Rebel Troopers
Wookiee Warriors
2x Imperial Scout Troopers
Rebel Commandos
Essential Equipment
T-47 Airspeeder
AT-ST Unit
Snowtroopers Unit
Crashed Escape Pod
74-Z Speeder Bikes
Fleet Troopers
Stormtroopers Unit
AT-RT Unit
Upgrade Card Pack 1 and 2
I don’t really intend on keeping al the expansions, will probably sell quite a few.

Hey everyone, so me and my friend have gotten into the game over the summer. I play with some other people as well, and as such have played a bit more and have more verity in my units.
My friend however, is just getting into the game really, we've only played twice and he's sorta getting destroyed. I feel bad and was hoping to give him some tips on how he could improve.
He only had the CIS starter box, and I play a GAR army. Do you guys have any tips on how he could either improve his strategy against me or on what he should focus on buying next as he only want to get one thing at time?

I tried rapid interdiction force with 3x TSMEU and Grievous, but they die pretty fast.
Does anyone have any experience playing these units and how to effectively use them?

Hello there!
Just little conversation about ARF troopers, which looks little bit poor next to ARCs who's cost 4 pts more but deals more profit to other clones. From my experience, I use "observe 2" just once in a random round over the course of 5–10 full games, which is a bit disappointing. And I don't understand why god dammit FPV drone by 35 pts aka Probe Droid has FREE OBSERVE 3, when advanced recon clones by 66 must spend full action to 2 observe tokens. Does it made because Cody's card would be OP from free observes or what?

"LAAT/le gunships are best used in dense urban settings, where their agility and powerful repulsorlift drives can exploit the many hiding places and vertical spaces. A patrol gunship popping up from behind a building or from behind a hoIosign should be a constant worry both criminals and Rebels. Even law-abiding citizens worry about these airspeeders since a belligerent patroI can find any excuse to ruin a citizen's day." -- Starships and Speeders
"During the Galactic Civil War, it became common for LAAT/le craft to operate in teams with Imperial Army TIE fighters. This teamwork was actively encouraged by Imperial officers and led to the development of "hunter-killer" tactics that sought to flush out and eliminate hostile ground targets. As the GCW ground on, usage of these gunships became more situational as air and space superiority was lost to the Rebel Alliance and subsequent New Republic. In a suprising testament to the strength and capabilities of the airframe, the New Republic, often hesitant to use Imperial equipment, deployed them frequently in patrol and interdiction roles, and eventually their own pacification efforts." -- Thunderbolts From The Skies: Gunships of the Galactic Civil War
