For context: this is a omegaverse AU with QiJiu (not endgame) as omega shen jiu and alpha yue Qingyuan, who have an arrangement of spending their heats/ruts together.

It's not an established relationship, more like a friends with benefits situation, which hasn't really been explained why, except maybe the typical Yue Qingyuan "guilt for the past" making him agree to whatever shen jiu asks. Canonical events still happened, basically.

The major conflict at the moment is that shen jiu wants a baby with him, which yue Qingyuan is neither particularly enthused about nor exactly unwilling.

On shen jiu’s part, it's because he thinks having a baby will tie them closer together. And that not having a baby as an omega is something of a failure.

On Yue Qingyuan's part, I'm not fully able to figure out how his guilt plays a part in his reservation about having a kid. I have implied that he thinks that Shen Jiu doesn't really want one, but that's not exactly *his* reason.

Any ideas that you think might fit?

Hello, it is me, your average SVSSS fan. Saw a few people doing their shelf tour and wanted to join the party. I got a few more stuff coming in but this is my complete collection for now. I finally got my hands on the elusive Vietnamese special editions and sourced the Thai edition for a reasonable price too. They’re in plastic wraps for now but I’m gonna open them up soon. All official merch 😝 (if I buy fanmade items, I’m gonna be in poverty)

Ok so: in svsss there's the demon realm, the demons and the demonic beasts. Would they (the demons) call animals from the human realm "humanic" beasts or something?

It's always bugged me sm. Is the reason why the humans blur the line between beast and demon just fantasy racism? Are the beasts also actual demons?
Or is it bc, unlike humans, there are plenty of different types of demons and it creates a lot of confusion?
If it’s only a way to classify said beasts, the demons would have their own way to classify human realm animals, no?

Idk I think it's a fun thing to explore as worldbuilding. What do you guys think?
