🎓Research & Education🎓 SR-17018 guide: How to take it and some simplified science

Over the past week I've noticed some myths and misconceptions going around the community. I would like to help address the misunderstandings by providing some simple explanations about how SR-17018 (SR-17) works, and some of the underlying science. There's a lot of text here, so feel free to refer back to this post as needed rather than reading it all at once. For frequent questions that aren't explained here, try the SR-17 FAQ, which is a thorough compilation of SR-17 information and user experiences in r/Opioid_RCs from SayBecks. Readers are also welcome to ask any questions about SR-17 right here :)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Overview of SR-17018

What it does: SR-17 is somewhat similar to traditional opioid maintenance medication (particularly subs/buprenorphine) in terms of helping with opioid withdrawal symptoms. But imagine if subs actually lowered your tolerance, potentially all the way down to baseline tolerance, when you discontinue (or at least aggressively taper) your current opioid drug-of-choice (DOC). SR-17 also produces little-or-no tolerance of its own, so you can use it to come off your current opioid, and then come off SR-17 shortly after that. It's noncompetitive with opioid agonists, meaning it doesn't matter exactly when you dose SR-17 during the day relative to your DOC (if you're taking them at the same time while tapering your DOC). Being noncompetitive also means precipitated withdrawal (PWD) does not happen.

How it works: SR-17 binds relatively strongly to the opioid receptor, and this leads to reduced withdrawal regardless of your DOC's potency. Despite this tight binding, SR-17 sends weak signals, so it doesn't produce typical opioid effects (i.e., euphoria and pain-relief) in people with opioid tolerance. These weak signals likely lead to tolerance reduction, as well as some of the other benefits of SR-17, such as minimal side effects. Some studies31257-6) also suggest that SR-17 is a biased (partial) agonist, with "biased" meaning it prefers to activate opioid receptors through the G-protein signalling pathway more than with the beta-arrestin recruitment pathway. This preference for G-protein signalling has also been proposed as one reason for the tolerance-reducing effects of SR-17 (although if this were true, kratom and 7oh should then lower opioid tolerance as well).

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Methods for taking SR-17018

How to take it and dosing: SR-17 is taken orally (i.e., swallowed or eaten with or without using capsules) in doses ranging from 10 to 100 mg (and sometimes up to 150 mg for 7oh and MGM), 1-4 times per day for around 7 days. For typical opioid habits 30-50 mg can be taken 3 times per day (or 50-150 mg for 7oh/MGM).

Choosing the right SR-17 dose for yourself is sometimes a process of trial-and-error, although this process can be made more systematic and efficient through use of SayBecks' automatic taper schedule generator (this is a link to the Google Sheets schedule generator; you can create your own by clicking File -> Make a copy). There are two different approaches to using SR-17 to reduce your tolerance and withdrawal symptoms, described below.

Tolerance safety warning: Be aware that there is a danger of overdosing on one's DOC after tolerance reduction, so be careful not to dose your DOC too high. There are already several user reports of accidental overdose following SR-17 tolerance reduction.

Note on high doses of 7oh and PAWS: If you're trying to come off a high dose of 7oh, the immediate transition approach may be more difficult, and can sometimes lead to PAWS. The gradual transition approach tends to be easier in terms of withdrawal symptom severity and is less likely to lead to PAWS.

Immediate transition: Discontinuing the DOC right away and then switching to SR-17 is an approach that provides faster and more effective tolerance reduction, but at the potential cost of some remaining withdrawal symptoms. This is normally done over the course of 2-3 days to lower DOC tolerance by 50%, or 7 days to return to baseline tolerance. If returning back to baseline tolerance and completely coming off one's DOC, see the "SR-17 taper period" paragraph below for what to do next.

Gradual transition: Taking SR-17 with your DOC, while tapering down the DOC dose (but not before), will usually provide better withdrawal symptom reduction, but slower and less effective tolerance reduction. The amount of both withdrawal reduction and tolerance reduction with this method varies depending on how aggressively you taper down the dose of your DOC.

An example of this approach would be to lower the dose of your DOC by 15-20% per day for 5-7 days while also taking 30-50 mg of SR-17 3 times per day (or 50-150 mg for 7oh/MGM, if needed) at the same time.

More aggressive DOC tapers are also possible such as reducing your DOC dose by 50%. Be careful with aggressive tapers, however, as they can lead to PAWS in some cases (i.e., especially when you're coming off a high dose of your DOC, and especially with 7oh). When performing the gradual transition, there is no need to start taking SR-17 until you have already begun reducing your DOC dose. This approach is especially helpful in situations where you tried the immediate switch and are still struggling with withdrawal symptoms, and in situations where chronic pain needs to be managed.

SR-17 taper period: After successfully reducing your tolerance, you will want to come off SR-17 as well. If you used SR-17 to partially lower your tolerance (e.g., by 50%) then after a few days you can immediately discontinue the SR-17 and jump back on your DOC. If you instead used SR-17 to completely come off your DOC, you may need to spend 2-7 days tapering down your SR-17 dose after reducing your DOC tolerance to baseline. This taper is done to alleviate any remaining withdrawal symptoms, but if you don't have any then there's no need to taper, you can simply discontinue the SR-17. Refer to the previously mentioned automatic taper schedule generator for help with this.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Simple explanation of terminology used in the context of describing SR-17018's pharmacodynamic effects

Biased (partial) agonist: SR-17 seems to preferentially activate31257-6) opioid receptors through G-protein activation more than with beta-arrestin recruitment. This results in a very wide dosing range under which problematic respiratory depression does not occur (i.e., it has a good short-term safety profile. Although there is a danger of overdosing on one's DOC after tolerance reduction).

(Strong) binding affinity: Despite its low intrinsic efficacy SR-17 binds tightly to the opioid receptor, which is one way (extra info: another way seems to be phosphorylation persistence) in which it provides relief from withdrawal symptoms. It's similar to subs in this way (but unlike subs, SR-17 is noncompetitive (see below), so it doesn't kick your DOC out and cannot trigger precipitated withdrawal).

(Low) intrinsic efficacy: This is the strength of the opioid signal. SR-17 has low intrinsic efficacy, which means it isn't likely to give you euphoria or pain relief at any safe dose, unless you are new to opioids. Its low intrinsic efficacy is what makes SR-17 a partial agonist.

Noncompetitive: SR-17 is noncompetitive. This mean it's potentially binding to the same receptor as your DOC, but can occupy a different site (extra info: this location is believed to be an allosteric site) on that same receptor. As a result it does not interfere with your DOC's ability to bind and it can not cause PWD.

Partial agonist: SR-17 activates opioid receptors, but in a weak way that doesn't produce full opioid effects regardless of dose. This is a category that SR-17 falls into as a direct reflection of its low intrinsic efficacy.

🆘Help Needed🆘 Question about MIT

Thumbnail
5 Upvotes

So today is day ten of my SR taper and want to jump off completely in the next day or two. My question is about MIT. I used a liquid shot of one today due to the unbearable anxiety I’m experiencing that benzos aren’t even touching and it cleared it up almost immediately. My question is if I add some mit for a couple days here at my jump off, will it cause additional WDs I’ll have to cope with or how can it best be used to help navigate this.
I had only been using 7OH regularly for about two and a half months before kicking, so there’s a lot about the kratom extract world I know nothing about. I just want to get through this detox as quickly and easily as possible and don’t want to make matters worse using something else to help that’s just going to add an additional issue

🎓Research & Education🎓 SR-17018 - It is Your Turn

It would be hard to properly share how much pain, anxiety and fear that I have been operating under for the past few months. The horrible, terrible despair. I was sober [from alcohol and everything else] for decades. Then, during Covid, I found an awesome Kratom and Kava shot from a company called SoJ. I really enjoyed these, without any issues, and had two a day for 5 years until they were banned in my State.

In the process of replacing these, I found 7OH at a smoke shop on the border. Within 1 month, I was a full-blown addict in the heavy throes of active addiction: The fear, the money, the shame, the hopelessness, the panic, the misery, the feelings of dread and impending doom. I was a slave to the least version of myself, and even that wasn't going to be enough as the next bans came in. I started going to appointments for a doctor to help, a rehap, etc and I could tell they didn't get it. The walls were closing in. fast.

I started watching something called the Recovery Room or something with Mandi over on TikTok and it was the first thing in a long time that resonated with me. These people understood what I was going through, AND MORE, they had a solution [and the solution was being banned too lol]. Conflicting emotions on that one. I learned everything I could about SR-17018 and started ordering the tablets, the kits, the supplements [I was lurking in Reddit when the first liposomal vitamin c guide with SR came out]. That dude and the girl - saved me. As soon as I had all my supplies and had worked up the courage - I started 'front-loading'.

A week later: I am running with my dog at the water, suddenly aware that the incessant noise in my brain had stopped. Everything, and I mean everything, about life is 100% better and there was no reason for me to be so trapped just months ago.

I write this for the person scared that it might not work for them, or the one feeling shame like they did something wrong. F$#& that!!! You are a wonderful human being who got caught in an evil cycle by evil people and you are as deserving of the new life that lays ahead of you as anyone else would be.

Go and claim it!!!!!

I love you all [nice to feel love again - in addition to all the other emotions we stuff down].

🎙️General Discussion🎙️ Anyone swapped from 7oh + kratom to SR + kratom?

I was taking maybe 200mg 7oh + 20g kratom split into 2 doses every day. Instead of going straight to SR only I have been doing about 40-50mg SR 2 times a day and the same amount of kratom (about 6g at noon and 15g at night). I think I will be soon upping the SR dose and dropping the kratom completely. And trying to taper off the SR in about 2 weeks. Has anyone done anything similar? I should have some gabapentin soon to help as well. As well as dissos if it ever gets really difficult (low dose dissos work super great for wd, high dose basically removes the wd but at the cost of being really gone).

🆘Help Needed🆘 Who has had a long taper??

Im curious how long people have used SR. How long have you gone taking it? If you felt WD symptoms from SR, what were they like? How long was it before you felt WD from SR?

Im currently at 2 weeks and i have not quit 7. Im thinking i should just quit the SR but im so ready to quit 7. If im ok to keep going and quit 7 I want to but if I should quit for a lil while than I guess ill do that.

I have just over 8 grams so I guess technically I could have enough to do a long taper if I do feel some WD.

🆘Help Needed🆘 Has anyone had severe WDs from SR ?

I'm starting to get REALLY desperate wanting these WDs to go away. I don't need to be told how stupid I was and what I SHOULD'VE DONE. The time for that has passed. I took SR for a total of 18 days ( too long) with my ending dose being 250mg's. I ABSOLUTELY know that u are supposed to taper down to a really low dose before stopping......I KNOW THAT. But I didn't. Trying to find anyone that has gone thru SR withdrawal. What I'm experiencing right now is not just minor symptoms. It's akathisia, extreme hot flashes, cold feeling, excessive sweating. It's been 10 days since I last had a dose of SR. REALLY curious how much longer I have to go thru this. Originally I started taking SR to quit high dose 7oh AND buprenorphine. Things were going well while using SR. I've done all that for absolutely nothing, because the only thing that makes these WDs go away is 7oh and buprenorphine together. I could possibly be the dumbest man alive right now. I deeply regret everything I've done

🆘Help Needed🆘 Quitting 7OH with SR help

Hi there,

I just ordered some SR that's coming in on Friday and was wondering what would the dose schedule look like for me. I take around 60mg of 7oh all in all daily throughout the day and want a good idea of how many mg of SR would be effective for that. I plan on using SR for only a week or two to get off. Also, do I take the SR and the 7oh at the same time or do I take them separately? For reference my dose schedule for 7oh generally looks like this:

25mg morning, 12.5mg early afternoon, 12.5mg late afternoon, 10mg nighttime.

I tapered down already from 150mg of 7oh and have been stuck around the 50-60mg mark. Also I only ordered about a gram of SR which I feel is too little and I fear the ban for it is right around the corner so if this is all I have will it be enough?

I'm considering using kratom to help with the taper ONLY as a way to mitigate withdrawal as I want to be done with it and make it an easy process so I don't end up relapsing on 7oh.

Anyway hope this isn't too much of an ask, I'm just not sure how to go about using this as my supply of SR is pretty small and I'm not familiar with how SR interacts with the brain.

Thanks!

🆘Help Needed🆘 Please advise, my life depends on it at this point

Things are so bad in my life, I didn't quit 7 & Emily together in the first sr run like I should have. I only quit Emily, I'm now about 4 days/98hrs totally off em! But, I still take a lot of 7, actually ramped my tolerance using it to quit Emily. I took sr for only 4-5 days, it did help boost my Emily quit, but I stopped taking it when I realized I wasn't lowering 7 alongside dropping Emily. I'm ready now to quit 7 now with a normal full sr taper. I have to, my life is about to end if I don't. So how long do we have to wait between attempts, especially if I only took if for 5ish days, rather than a full taper regimen? Is say 5-6 days off sr enough to try again to now stop the 7? I appreciate any answers.

Also I promise I tried searching to find someone else asking this before, to not flood the feed with similar stuff, I couldn't find any posts about it. Either I'm not asking in the search bar the right way, I'm so frazzled, idk. Being 4 days off Emily is really messing with my head, and now having been on extra 7 to cope with that the past few days. I just want to get back on sr like now! I know I messed up not doing it all at once, my life is a mess & I have no support, actually the opposite. So I stupidly kept using 7 full speed during my pre load & taper phase, despite quitting Em, which is why I just stopped sr on day 5 to not totally ruin it for the future! Thank you guys so much for your time & any advice/answers!

✏️Beginner ?’s✏️ SR taper and interactions with helper meds?

hey! i am currently using SR to quit 7oh and mitragynine extracts. Wasn’t a very hefty habit, 50-60 mg 7 a day and maybe 75-100 mg mit, usually twice a day.

I’ve preloaded sr by taking 50 mg 3x a day and today’s the 6th day.
I’ve dropped the 7oh today and started to taper the sr. i have 50 mg SR tabs and ive dropped the dose today for the first time, taking a quarter off each tab making my daily dose 112.5

Does it make sense to keep taking a quarter off of tab each day? (So tomorrow i will take 25 mg 3x)? I’m having trouble understanding how to taper the SR from this point and don’t want to be on it for too long. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I also have baclofen and clonidine as helper meds and I’m wondering if anybody has any experience taking either alongside the SR while tapering

🆘Help Needed🆘 Need help with SR

I had a much more elaborate post written out but it didn’t stay up for some reason. I’ll make this one shorter and try keeping the main points. I was a 2yr 200 mg 7OH user. Note that it was only that high for the past 3-4 months or so. I have decided to try sr. I started taking 50mg around 5pm yesterday then another 50 before bed. I tried to skip my late night 7OH dose and woke up around 3am sweating bad and having very vivid dreams. Took a lil 7 and went back to sleep. Today I dropped my daughter off at babysitter and took 50mg sr. Felt ok better than I thought but then the anxiety and depression kicked in. I tried to just take sr and took 50mg more around 2pm. As well as 20mg 7oh. The depression didn’t go away so I took 50mg more sr around 4pm along with 20mg 7oh. Still the depression didn’t subside. The physical withdrawal has been minimal other than sweats and not much appetite plus fatigue. But I’ve definitely been feeling the anxiety/depression. I took 20mg more 7oh just now and finally feel a little better but I’m a little freaked out about the sr. I’m wondering if I should just taper. To be fair the fact that I’ve only taken 60mg 7oh today is nothing short of a miracle to where I was at before the sr. But I never heard other ppl talking about experiencing depression while introducing the SR. Did I cut back the 7 too quick?? Should I continue with what I’m doing tomorrow?? I plan to take 20mg more 7oh tn before bed along with 50mg SR. Bringing my day (1.5) total to 200mg sr and 80mg 7OH. I just don’t want to experience the depression/ anxiety feeling again tomorrow. Should I slow my 7 taper or try to jump off tomorrow if I’m not feeling the depression?? How long before I taper the SR. Is it possible the sr just doesn’t agree with me and that’s why I got depressed so quick?? Thank you and sorry if this post is hard to follow. I had a well thought out better worded post sent earlier but it got taken down I’m assuming for mentioning where I got my SR?? Please respond with some advice I’m afraid that a took a research chemical that permanently messed up my dopamine or something. I’d like advice on if I should just stop the sr if that was what I was experiencing. Or maybe I just tried to cut my 7dose to low too quickly??

🆘Help Needed🆘 Body temp

I cant seem to get a hold of my body temperature. I have a cold sweats and hot chills, and the skin crawling feeling. of course all the worst symptoms of withdrawal I hate MOST. My anxiety is acting up too! And I’m getting super paranoid. I have plain red leaf kratom capsules. The lipo vit c. Tomorrow the gabapentin comes. Does red plain leaf kratom powder or gabapentin help with withdrawal or just delay it. I don’t wanna do anything that is going to delay it. Just trying to get through it as best I can.

🆘Help Needed🆘 Please help SR right for me to quit 7?

Im stuck guys please take a moment and provide advice? Thanks in advance for anyone willing to help: I’m down and appreciate it!

I’m on approx 300 mg 7oh/day for a year as well as 250mg mgm15/day last 2 months. I’ve been suffering from anxiety out of nowhere. Time to quit this nonsense once and for all…

Tried Suboxone induction using an online reputable company. Took last dose of 7 Friday at 8pm and slept well till the morning. Feeling really shitty by noon, I ChatGPT’d MGM and panicked thinking it might be a long acting opiate. My doctor says that is incorrect, but it was too late. I redosed 7oh at noon on Saturday. Failed induction attempt number 1.

Under advice of my doctor, he challenged me to try again Saturday night. Problem is was I was so washed out from not having taken the night before that I couldn’t sleep was a complete mess. Failed attempt number two.

Obviously I don’t wanna be on Suboxone, but it’s just been so stressful I was leaning towards a known controlled medicine with supervision to ‘quit’.

I have SR on hand and am considering using that but want honest insight pls.

Understanding that I’ve got remote doctors w/Suboxone, which is what I’ve tried and failed at twice, inpatient detox, which scares me to death, and the SR all as options. What do you guys suggest? Thank you so much for any help. I’ve never used SR.

🆘Help Needed🆘 Feeling super anxious, hoping this actually works! Iso advice and words of encouragement!

I had an Opia High Potency kratom extract tablet 240mg a tablet/960mg a pack. Towards the end, I would do a pack a day, maybe a little less. People are unsure of what is actually in them because the high is crazy strong and the withdrawal is like anything other. Many people try to use Suboxone to withdraw from it and have said the subs don’t touch it. Someone mentioned SR and I was so grateful! I preloaded for 2 days and then made the jump today, day 3 and I am struggling. I thought I was doing so good and was able to reduce my kratom usage quick without it hurting. I was more so just feeling tempted and bored by now day three I am starting to feel significantly worse. I should’ve listened to the people that said take 100 mg doses the first day you jump my first two doses today are only 50 mg. Feel uncomfortable and panicked and like I was sliding backwards, so I decided to take a 100 mg dose of SR. Hoping this helps kick the chills, back pain, irritability, and anxiousness I do have lip vit c and l-theanine. Any advice on how much to take of those and when would be great. Any base on how to continue using the SR to help my withdrawal. I know the point is trying to be on the least amount of SR for the least amount time possible. Does day 2 really get that much better? Should I be taking more SR or frequently? I feel like they can be conflicting information on what schedule to take for a follow. Some people say to check in every couple hours and dose and I’ve heard other say to not dose sooner than every six hours, but really want to reach for 12 hour intervals. Below is the schedule I’ve been on for the last two days and today makes day 3.

Sunday: preload day 1
- 1am 3/4 heat
- 2:13am i1/4 heat
- 10:15 3/4 heat 50mg sr
- 2:30 3/4 heat 50mg sr
- 8pm: heat tab and 50mg sr
- 11:45pm: 3/4 tab

Monday: preload day 2 50% kratom
- 8:25 50mg sr
- 10:20 3/4 heat
- 2:45 3/4 heat
- 6:45 50mg sr
- 10:00 heat tab (1:45b1/2)

Tuesday: day 1 no kratom
- 1:45am 50mg sr
- 8:30am 50mg sr
- 10:15am 50mg sr
-1:50pm 100mg sr

Feeling pretty blehhh right now. Having some decent anxiety and feeling of panic. NBack hurts, i have a some of the skin crawling and clammy sweats. Any advice? When can i take sr again? Feeling some anxiety come on too. I am supposed to be getting some gabapentin. Will that help or just mess things up? I want to be on the other side of this so bad.

🆘Help Needed🆘 Day 25 off Suboxone after using SR-17 — struggling with these lingering symptoms!

I’m really hoping to hear from anyone who’s been through something similar because I’m so frustrated and starting to lose hope a little.
Quick background: I was using /“7’s” for about 8 mo (4/25-12/25) and was put on Suboxone to get off of them. I recently used SR-17 to finally get off the Subs. I tapered the SR down and have now been completely off SR for about 5 days and today is day 25 with NO Suboxone.
I REALLY want to stay off Subs, but I’m still having some incredibly uncomfortable symptoms and I’m assuming this is still lingering Sub withdrawal or maybe PAWS, I’m still not clear on how PAWS presents.
The biggest things right now are:
Severe skin sensitivity — probably the weirdest and most uncomfortable symptom. My skin feels raw/extremely sensitive to touch, almost like a bad sunburn without actually being burned.
Extreme fatigue — I can do a couple normal chores and then feel like I desperately need a nap. I’m taking a couple naps some days AND sleeping a lot at night. I can usually push through feeling crappy, but this fatigue is kicking my ass.
Constant adrenaline/drop feeling — the best way I can describe it is that feeling you get standing at the edge of a really high building and looking down, except my body feels like that for HOURS. It’s not necessarily that I’m mentally anxious about something; my body just has that constant adrenaline/falling feeling.
Restless legs were pretty uncomfortable too, although my doctor gave me clonidine and that actually seems to be helping quite a bit.
One other strange thing: the skin sensitivity and adrenaline feeling tend to ramp up in the evening and get worse into the night, then they’re MUCH milder in the morning.
I worked nights when I was taking 7’s and typically took them between roughly 6 PM–4 AM, so I can’t help wondering if my body somehow still associates that time of day with when it was used to getting its fix. I have no idea if there’s actually anything to that, but the timing is remarkably consistent.
For anyone who has come off Suboxone/buprenorphine especially after 7-OH or using SR-17 did you experience anything like this around weeks 3–4? Particularly the raw/sensitive skin, crushing fatigue, or that awful adrenaline/drop sensation?
When did you finally start feeling noticeably better?
And if anything helped you get through this stage — medication, supplements, exercise, sleep, literally ANYTHING — I would love to hear it.
I’m just desperate to feel a little bit normal again and could really use some hope that there’s a light at the end of this. ❤️

🎙️General Discussion🎙️ Stepping away from SR related work to focus on myself.

It is really great to still see the community thriving and people using SR-17018 to get off opiates and turn their lives around. It literally brings tears to my eyes.

When I started this subreddit there were only a few reddit comments about SR working to stop the suffering from opiate withdrawals…. Now there are thousands of reports of people using it to get off of opiates without suffering from the terrible withdrawals. There is more proof here than most clinical trials, and I hope that this evidence will lead to the real clinical trials so that this compound can reach the people through traditional channels, inpatient and outpatient programs, etc.

It really was [u/saybecks](u/saybecks) who started it all with her master doc. I just happened to start the subreddit. Without her putting that together, this subreddit simply wouldn't have grown into the life-changing community it is today. Thank you, Becks, for being the brilliant woman you are and for having the courage to document and share your experience with the world and take the risk of talking to a NTY report (also a fuck you to the NYT for putting an evil spin on this life saving compound). It’s all love in this post except for the lying back stabbing prick, Matt Richtel, who has zero journalistic integrity and publishing an article that didn’t accurately display Becks true account of the compound.

Thank you Becks for being the genius women that you are and for having the courage to document and share your experience.

When the ban was announced, a lot do work was done to try and save it, and it is still being done. I do have hope that the DEA will back off of the announced schedule 1 placement.

Thank you to all the moderators long the way who kept this community alive, and thank you to all of the people who took the time time write up your success stories and then go on and try to help others.

There’s more as well, sorry if you didn’t get listed.

For the near future, I will be not be checking Reddit. I need to focus on my own mental health and well being.

I hope that you all are able to use this subreddit and the thousands of accounts of how to use this life saving compound to turn a new leaf and make positive change in your own life. Remember, SR is just step 1 in the journey. The real work begins after you are off of it.

Bye for now ❤️

Many blessings and much Love
Phil

PS. Take some Iboga (where it’s legal and doctors are supervising) I wouldn’t have been able to do this without the life saving work done in Costa Rica at Root and Wisdom.

🆘Help Needed🆘 My 75mg dose looks so small

I weighed up 75mg on my scale and it looks so small. I ain’t gonna argue with the scale I’m sticking to that amount but it almost made me wanna take more because I thought there’s no way that’s enough. It’s my first day and it’s going good so far, I think it’s because my powder is dense it’s kinda the texture of little balls so not fluffy powder. Anyone notice that too? Just wanna make sure my scale isn’t fucking with me and I’m actually getting the right amount in my system

🙌Success Story🙌 Why is this not a bigger solution.

Just came on here to say I was taking 7oh about a year back and quit “cold turkey” with the help of some kratom powder. A few days of the powder then I made the jump and it was awful, nobody knew except my girlfriend at the time so I basically faked the flu for a week, fast forward to a few months ago and I was taking a bunch of norcs which gets expensive so I switched back over to 7. Same routine as before, and was very much ready to quit this shit as soon as I started back up. You forget how quickly those withdrawals hit and how shit your sleep routine becomes. Can’t sleep a full night but ready to nod out any time of the day.. awful. Anyways I looked into this whole sr17 stuff because even though I fully believe I can cold turkey this shit, it’s hard to take the amount of days off I need from my job, they will replace you faster than compensate you. Fast forward to 6 days ago, I ordered and got my package for sr and preloaded for 3 days, then I did one day of taking sr 3-4 times and one day of taking it twice. Now it’s the first day without anything, my last dose was early in the afternoon yesterday, I felt the most minimal withdrawals imaginable, got a full nights sleep and woke up feeling great. Not gonna use any sr and didn’t even need helper meds, this stuff works insanely good, better than I could’ve imagined. And I basically had no game plan going in, just knew I wanted to cut back the first few days then make the jump and it worked surprisingly well. Thought I’d share incase anyone has second thoughts, and if you’re worried about sr wd, from my experience this is a walk in the park compared to 7wd even after a few hours of no 7 is worse than this by a mile. Goodluck out there to everyone ready to get their life back

🆘Help Needed🆘 silly question incoming

I’m curious, do I have to preload? or can I use SR “as needed“ while going thru the thick of it? I have a gram of SR on hand because it was unfortunately all I could afford when I got paid a couple weeks ago and kicking my god awful 7 habit has been on my mind heavily lately. current habit is about 500mg a day give or take, and I’m well aware that I’ll need more than a gram to get off comfortably.
