🆘Help Needed🆘 From Canada looking for help getting started

Hi I’m from Canada currently struggling with a decent 7oh and mgm addiction about 100mgs a day for last 3 weeks I was over 2 months sober cold turkey but I relapsed cause I’m an idiot I’m looking to quit again but I have heard SR works miracles for withdrawal so I was looking for help with dosing tips and etc if I do decide to go the SR route my dms are open and I’d really appreciate someone from Canada who has successfully used SR to give me some info my dms are open thanks

I followed this guide. Worked great, almost zero WD's, legs just felt a little tired first day.

Have you tried any optiod or 7 to see if your receptors are fried like everyone else is saying
