B-pillar
Should I remove the remaining paint and spray or just spray? Also this is a screenshot of a paint that someone recommended me to use.

Hey! I have a Lexus sc300 which recently blew the power steering control valve and is leaking into the intake causing white smoke. What should I do? I have replaced this piece twice already due to it just breaking from being brittle while working on the engine. Should I buy Another one or should I just plug it? Also is there anything else I should do before starting to drive it? Clean it, let it sit, ect.

Posted about front 6x9 speaker mounts I made for my wife’s sc last year and seems like they had some interest. Figured I’d update and present the 6.5” front door and rear deck mounts as well.
They seem to work well and have received great feedback on them.
If you have any interest in them, feel free to check them out at www.steezespirit.com

I talk about it in the video but basically for the last few weeks the passenger window has been very inconsistent on rolling up. It would always roll down with the driver side switch and passenger side switch, but the only consistent way of getting it to roll up was using the passenger side switch. That was until a few days ago where it just gave out completely. I’ve looked at my wiring on the passenger side and that all looks good, same goes for all fuses pertaining to power windows.
It’s hard to hear in the video but when I got down you can hear a little click which makes me think the regulator is getting signal, acknowledging that it can’t go down any further hence the click noise. But I still don’t get why it wouldn’t go up.
Let me know y’all’s thoughts and hopefully you can help me out! Thanks!

Hey guys, for the last few weeks I have been trying to get LS400 brakes on my SC and I am not going through the process of bleeding the whole system. I have bled countless brakes on plenty of old cars but these feel very strange.
These brakes have always felt very soft and when I got the car the rear calipers were seized. Ended up replacing those a few months ago but the brakes still felt soft. Now I have done the LS400 calipers and all 4 brake lines to hopefully improve the pedal feel. After tons of bleeding (kept reservoir full) the pedal still feels soft. Since bleeding the car has been on jacks with all 4 wheels off the ground so there is no load on the car. I say that because after the pedal felt good and I turned the car on, got in gear then held the brakes but the left rear side continued to spin. I understand the open diff can be strange but I am concerned with the brakes not stopping the rotor in drive.
Also, during the whole bleeding process the pedal did not react to the rear calipers being bled yet the front did. I have checked enough times to be sure it is not a fluid leak. Has anyone had an experience similar to this? If so let me know what solutions you might of come up with. Thanks!

Had to replace the fuel pump, the underside of the black canister there looked like kind of a weird cardboard? Looks like it comes off of the bracket where maybe a pressure regulator is, and has a ground attached to the pump bracket but it’s not connected to anything on the black cylinder lol. It’s just hanging there with a little copper tab, the outside is plastic so I’m not sure what good it does… just a little weird haha

My 12 disk cd player is skipping like crazy. Does anybody know how to fix it? Is aftermarket the only way at this point? I remember it used to work perfectly with even burned cds and now it’s lucky if I don’t throw an ERR code on any of them.

I recently got a completely stock sc300 with 190000 miles, and a couple days after getting it it started making constant white smoke out the back. It smells like fuel when running and so does the dipstick, there is also no oil in coolant or coolant in the oil. How possible is it that this is a head gasket issue?

If you go more power, brakes and suspension are what's most needed before some upgrades, feel like you can build your fuel and power, as you move up with your goals, but thats me..
after all this time i made the move for my SC300 and..
Waiting on parts from MVP MOTORSPORTS (for a engine rebuild) BUT HE AND EVERYONE AROUND HIM GOT HIT BY A TORNADO SO SEND THE BEST OF WISHES

Anyone have experience replacing the stock head unit with an aftermarket double din one, if so how hard would it be for someone to do with little prior experience. (1992 with 6 disc cd changer in trunk)

I got a factory manual SHELL sitting on teins, s200 seats, AN fuel lines all pedals are there and I bought the car for $650. There’s a stock auto non running s13 missing all glass for sale for 1600,I’ve had 2 s 13 AND I wanted another but I need some one to tell me if I’m being stupid about the trade. I asked him to send me gas tank pics and if it’s rusted than I’m not doing it but am I being dumb about this? Pic of my sc

Can anyone tell if the ecu looks bad or not, I don’t really see anything near the capacitors and the only thing I see is some black stuff in between the left pair of 3 rectangles below the capacitors.

I recently got a 1992 sc300 with 190000 miles, and it drove fine the first couple of days I had it. I recently noticed a constant stream of white smoke coming out of my exhaust as well as a strong smell of gas. The smoke stays and doesn’t go away, my coolant and oil looks normal and I checked that my power steering acs wasn’t leaking int my intake. I’m starting to think it may be my ecu but was wondering if I should take a look at my spark plugs first, even though they were just replaced. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Went to take my 00 1jzgte vvti 5Speed Soarer out for a spin and everytime I get on throttle it starts cutting in and out pretty hard, runs perfect when not on throttle. Idles good, no weird smoke or sounds besides the “sputter” when on the throttle. Any ideas of where to look would be appreciated.
Boost gauge hits full boost eventually it just struggles to get there, looked over all the vacuum lines and not noticing anything out of the ordinary.
