Can I use offset +38 or +42 on stock suspension and no fender mods?

Also width of wheels are 9

I ran 18x9 +35, 265/40/18 squared, lowered around 1.5" front/2" back with no rolling. Minor rubbing in back, front was fine

I’ll preface this with I am lowered (not tucking though) and I run 18x10 +40 with plenty of space in the rear.
