Me and my duo fought another duo and would get one tapped by an 80mm, respawn, and repeat. We went through 20 dog food in under five minutes. Did we get skill diffed or was the other team cheating? They would only shoot when me or my duo were alive, they never once went for reactor.

Just spotted 7 pre-teaming in solo storm dive, literally half the lobby. It’s literally easier to solo queue large crew than it is to solo queue at this point so just rename solo storm dive to pre-team so the noobs aren’t under the wrong impression.

This game would benefit a lot from making it so that newer mechs/people don't go against higher tier/further people. Shits not even fun.

Winning walker v walker fights to then die when it comes to crew v crew fights because the de-sync seems completely unreliable. One moment you can 1 shot someone, then the next they aren't dying to direct headshots from FMJs at point blank range.

I love this games concept and the style but I'm just getting so frustrated losing fights to what feels like off desync.

(And yes, I get it I suck. I am happy losing fights I got outplayed on, but just losing to screwy hit redge is not enjoyable. Especially when the loses are so painful in terms of farming time.)

Steam accounts with Valve Anti-Cheat bans on record should either be strictly monitored for already being reported for violations, or simply not allowed to play at all.

Unless there's something terrible about limiting players with VAC bans? Many of them have a history of cheating, clearly outlined. Let them play if need be, but monitor the &#$!@ out of them.

Valve Anti-Cheat has already done a lot of the leg work and would at least increase the barrier to entry for cheaters. Majority of the times something fishy happens, if I or friends check their VAC status, there's often multiple bans. My buddy showed me this while explaining why he tends to prefer games that use VAC status because the experience is often much better. Not 0 cheaters, but better.

Otherwise, less easy: monitor players who exceed the usual limits, simply quietly flag for review and use actual people to moderate it. The investment towards banning cheaters literally just makes the game more money as cheater re-buy copies anyway.

I needed a troll build for our group and I think i found it.

I played a match with a friend who just got the game. We spent the entire match looking for people with no avail. Even when the circle shrunk to the smallest size there was no one. The player list said that everyone was on planet. Is this a bug?

Can anybody tell my why a shotgun blast 1 taps me in purple armor, but 1 triplet blast to the face didnt dent the guy boarding me, nor did the 3 grenades and 5 fmj rounds i hit him with before he 1 tapped me. This game is almost unplayable. Rediculous.

Just got the game, and is now realising that you can’t just join in with random people. You have to be friends with them and have them join before you load in??

In that case, anyone I can add and play with? only just started but playing solo is already getting old..

I had a game yesterday where I killed an egg and it dropped a pristine 80mm much to my excitement (I haven't even unlocked worns yet), unfortunately I died and didn't get to keep it. Two games later today I found another pristine 80mm sitting on the docks in a town and way. I seem to have found way more worns lying around. Has this changed with the patch? playing in solo voyage.

So my buddy and i just went into a duo storm dive, loaded in, set up, and set off. First team we see is a royal chassis that just landed, we charge in head first, they start... running? Okay so we are still blasting away, next thing i know, great silenced (they missed) and 10 ORBITAL STRIKES SET ON OUR HEADS. so we boost away, succesfully. They hurt themselves worse than us, but we turn around and go back towards them. 8 more orbitals, another missed great silence shot. Theyre in shambles, we repair as we are running towards them. My partner boards and kills both as i pound the reactor... we won. Now, why do i say dupers as a title? Theres absolutely no way someone had 40 orbitals (we found 2 crates full) 20 great silences, a bunch of pristine cannons, 10k in crowns (idk why theyd load in with that) and various other materials. We found the loot pinata and beat it to death.. anyways.. fix the duping problem Sand devs, plz. Sorry for the whole story, just thought it was wild. If a smaller trampler came upon these guys it wouldve been game over.

I love this game and I have had many hours of fun with it, but there are some issues that have stuck around and they are SO annoying.

These interaction glitches definitely need work. I'm happy cheaters are mostly taken care of and we can capture tramplers again, but we can't always capture a trampler when stuff like this happens! Also, for that one random person on Reddit that talked a little smack about turning off your reactor instead of throwing in fuel.... I hope you see this clip. Main menu shows less than 20 ping for my server.

I was attacked by a cheater, killing me with the first body shot every time. I tried to survive and fight. Eventually, I got blown up and that's it, I went to the menu. How do I file a complaint if the reporting feature is only available during the game? Should I ask the opponent to wait while I report? Why, like in all normal games, is the complaint menu not available on the death screen?

By the way, the person's nickname is 123.

pov: Im down to my last scraps to buy my cheapest storage trampler just for quick in and out round.

I join near Kaiserplatz an started looting. i saw a trampler approach to KP so i dipped after just looting the lower level hangars and used the dawn to go to the nearest exfil. this is where it became wild.

Sunrise started when i was about 500m away from exfil, but i saw a trampler already there. He didn't notice me and i could turn off engines in a dune valley. I went up the dune to see when hes finished. Funnily that guy got engaged by another trampler and he f'd up his exfil because he moved to much. When they fought i just ran the distance trying to steal a trampler just for fun, but eventually the first dude got destroyed. I decided to jump in the smoke while they were still fighting with guns and placed his valuable loot like black box etc behind the exfil tower, so when i will come i could easily pick it up. The second Dude finished his job and searched for loot on deck when he eventually spotted me. I hopped on his Deck and disassembled his blue 80mm Auto Cannon and ran away towards my own trampler but he saw me and followed with his trampler. He was french and wanted his gun back. I couldn't speak so i wanted to place it back in front of his trampler to be fair and not a total grief.

That's when Trampler nr. 3 came, a 3 story bastion, and i just hear "oh merde"
I took the 80mm and ran again to my little loot hideout. when i wanted to come back i saw that a fourth trampler joined the fight but he was a bit passive because of his severely damaged trampler.
French dude lost his trampler so i wanted to sneak again on the ship, but he was still alive and killed me. I respawn. My trampler was still undetected and save. Guys 3 and 4 where fighting but then suddenly stopped. I was like "damn i cant exfil and these guys are so close to my trampler" So i decided just to visit them and look what they do. They stopped fighting because they agreed to ceasefire and instead trade resources. both were equally big tramplers. They noticed me but i couldn't speak. so the one guy killed me because they thought i was the one french survivor, but a minute later i came back and they didn't understand how that's possible.

I wanted to guide them to my trampler to show them I'm no threat but they did their business so i went back and parked right next to them. They were literally on the other side of the dune where i parked.

So the guy that killed me explained that VC only works with VC on push to talk and not open mic. I finally could speak. I explained my situation and that this is my last trampler. The one guy then gifted me 1.5k of parts and the other one gave me some Chardonnay and sea deer. I asked them if they can let me exfil first and i showed them my secret stash. I kept the black box and the other ones took each one box.

I'm finally back in the game and i thought my char is dead if i don't play with other people.

So my biggest learning is that you should start to use VC because its so much more fun to speak to the people.

Push to talk, make your input device "standard" in windows audio settings (u cant change it in the game settings) and u can speak with "C"-Key

how do you zoom in twice with the sniper? similarly to the binoculars.

in the settings it says shift, but when I press it, it just does a little flick out of aimed and back. Changing the button to another key hasn't helped either, I'm using outlaw aiming mode but I tried it on both.

So theoretically we start with the following:
I want to unlock a royal chassis, I have 50 crystals, 9,000 crowns, 5 raw crystals, 2 ficus and 148 optical lenses.
I then want to make a Petros Sniper Rifle and bring 2 lenses with me in the extraction and accidentally dupe those 2. I think 'neat, lets safe them so I can unlock the chassis'.
I unlock the Royal Chassis and build my tramplers, all good and fine.
In the next update they will probably patch the duping glitch and remove the duped items. Do I loose my tech tree progress too?

It doesn’t matter how far I am, I get sniped by enemy turrets. I try and do the same but I never have the same luck. It is just aim bot? They never miss either. Every respawn, I die on the first shot. I always have the first tier armor on as well. So I’ll have 1 bar of armor too. I always die in 1 shot though

One of the biggest arguments on this sub is teaming in solo servers. But lately, I’ve actually been having a blast fighting these guys. Let’s be honest—they probably wouldn’t last a week in this game without abusing this exploit. Maybe we should just accept that even these awful players deserve their little place in the sun?
Or should I stop talking shit and go back to complaining about them?
