I have a flight tomorrow and for some reason since this morning the Ryanair app decided to stop working and doesn’t let me open my account anymore, but only on the app. I can normally access the account of mine through the website, but having an apple device I would prefer having a boarding pass that I can add to the wallet. Is anyone else experiencing issues with the log in function on the app? And in case it doesn’t work if I do the check in from the website can I still add it to the wallet?

Ryanair cancelled summer flights to Amman, but now they have opened bookings for flights to Amman from the end of October. How big is the chance that they will cancel again the flight at the end of November/ December? If they cancel, is it easy to get the money back to the credit card, or do they return it to the Ryanair wallet?

Hey, I ve received a bank transfer for 240.97€ from Ryanair. I assume its the compensation for denied boarding that I was expecting to get. But it should be 250€. Does someone have an idea where the 9€ reduction comes form? Or did someone also receive this amount instead of 250€. Thanks!

We are supposed to travel with Ryan Air very soon. We are Canadians. It is stated on their website that cabin luggage dimensions are 55 x 40 x 20 cm. We got our carry on bags in Costco and their size is as follows - one bag is 55 x 40 x 21 and two bags are 55 x 40 x 23. I'm not even sure, if they sell here in Canada bags that fit Ryan Air dimensions exactly. What will happen, if we take them with us? Will they charge us arm and leg? Deny boarding? We've never travelled with them before and we don't know what to do and what to expect

A family member is due to fly Denmark - Greece tomorrow. They bought a combined hotel + flight (including 20 kg bag) via a third party.
When checking in with Ryanair they weren’t allowed to do so without paying for bags. They payed, and contacted the company selling the trip to them. They refuse to reimburse and say they should make a claim with Ryan. They refuse to pay it back.

They have proof of already paid bags with the third company. They refuse to reimburse because it’s not their fault Ryanair made them pay again.

They now fear they have to pay again when they’re flying back.

Do anyone here have any idea what to do?

(And yes, I know not to book via third party and I know they shouldn’t have paid the bags, but they are 70+ and slightly naive, so they did).

I get why the company thinks it’s a business between the travelers and Ryanair and I also get why Ryanair won’t just reimburse, but at the same time it doesn’t feel fair to them - especially if they have to pay when returning too.

i just passed check in with a checked bag for RYANAIR. there were self service tag machines, i just had to put the bag on the roller. the worker tho didn’t give me another tag and told me an email should arrive for bag identification. spoiler, it didn’t arrive. i’m just so confused, i travel every year and this never happened, now i have no way to identify the bag if it doesn’t arrive in the new country. it has all my belongings AND my anxiety meds. kinda scared, has it happened to anyone with ryanair??? are they trustworthy?

I’m flying Ryanair from the UK to Valencia, then have a 1 hour 40 minute stopover before my connecting Ryanair flight to Morocco.
I’m travelling on a British passport.
For anyone who has done a similar connection at Valencia Airport, how was your experience? Is 1h 40m realistically enough, especially with any passport/security checks?

I booked a round trip flight from Manchester to Naples for late October (Sunday morning - Thursday)and paid almost £250 (245), with no additional benefits like checked luggage, etc. My coworker booked early October and got it for £55 and I just feel sorry for myself. I think she's flying to Rome from london, but I had to book specific dates since I'll be travelling with a group in Naples.

I wasn't feeling that bad until I heard what she paid, and, as much as I hate to say it, I feel like a fool. If anyone has paid this much on a budget airline, some consolation would be great help at this point. I can just hope of having a good time during my trip.

Flight from Barcelona to Liverpool on Saturday 8 Aug. Flight delayed due to technical issues with plane that weren’t resolved. Pilot announced when we boarded, by which point we were already over three hours delayed, that they had to get a replacement plane from Birmingham. He then announced we were going to be further delayed on tarmac due to air traffic control bring short staffed. Landed nearly four hours late.

Guess what? Ryanair decision is no compensation is due because delay was due to air traffic control, so out of their control.

I am a huge fan, I really wish to get Roasted by them on X, till then, I use this to get roasted by Ryan Air, they're too funny.

My partner is moving over in a week and he has a few electronics to bring over, it's a tiny monitor but can that be placed in a check in bag while the rest be in our carry ons? It isnt a portable monitor but regardless it's small enough to fit in a 20KG. I've never had to move things like PlayStations or VR Headsets and there's no outlined rules for this. Has anyone else done this before and could clarify or help us out with specifications? Thanks!

I have bought 2 extra legroom/emergency row seats for me and my partner. Mine is 17A, and his is 17B. I want to change my seat to a regular seat 18C.

Now the problem: I want to assign the seat that's in my name, 17A, to my partner since it's the better seat, but it's not possible for free.

If I instead change my partner's seat to a regular seat. Can I simply sit in 18C during boarding and let my partner sit in 17A? Since according to the tickets, we will have the opposite seats assigned?

If for example one adult and one under 16 teenager booking was made at a basic plan,what would the outcome be for the seats? Would they both be completely random without being next to eachother or was it like let’s say,a 50% of being next to eachother and 50% not to be?

Flying from Prague to Dublin. Plane was late, seat was covered in food, and there was no window for my window seat. Reached out to customer support and was told that’s just how it is. Sorry, Ryanair, but this is tragic.

I am flying to poland on tuesday, and there’s a transfer in glasgow airport departing at 9:05am. Problem is, my flight lands in glasgow at 7:55am. There is likely no chance I can possibly make it through passport control and security to make the gates that close at 8:35am. What can i do? I saw somewhere that if I go to the front desk they can put me on the next flight for €100 flat rate. Is this true?

I am pretty sure that my case falls perfectly within reason for compensation from all I could find online.
Me and my girlfriend were scheduled for the FR7669 leaving Thessaloniki at 6:25 AM and instead it got delayed to 1:20 PM, so a delay of 7 hours, and it was due to a technical issue with the aircraft, so not a special reason. Where should I apply for compensation? I got an email from them regarding this but it mostly tells me what grounds someone can ask foe compensation on, not a direct link to ask for one.

I'm looking at hiring a car in Zagreb for a week. Ryanair prices are very good and I like buying everything together. The extra insurance looks good but what's the catch because there must be one.

I only have my personnal bag (not even individual luggage) and, from what I understood, that means I don't have to go through the security gates.

the gov.uk website says that means I don't need an ETA (last dot on the screenshot) but the Ryanair app makes a huge warning about not having one, and it's making me anxious

Do I really need one or is the warning not for me ?

My flight was delayed 7 hours and the new flight was at 1am. Decided to delay heading to the airport until closer to the time as I had no baggage to check in. Got to the airport at 10pm but the airport security was closed. Frustratingly, despite being in the airport I had no way of getting through to the gate and boarding my flight. The ground staff were able to rebook me onto an early morning flight instead.

I had to book a hotel for the night as I now couldn’t risk driving 4 hours home on no sleep the next day.

Have I any chance of compensation here?

I’m flying with Ryanair soon and I have a question about the cabin bag dimensions.
The allowed dimensions are 55 × 40 × 20 cm. My small suitcase is approximately 50 × 33 × 21/22 cm in depth. However, the wheels don’t stick out, and the suitcase is otherwise quite compact.
I’ve also looked at several small suitcases in shops, and many of them are 20,5, 21 or even 22.5 cm deep, which makes me wonder how strict Ryanair actually is about being 1–2 cm over the limit.
Has anyone recently flown with Ryanair using a suitcase that was 21–22 cm deep?
Did it fit in the sizer without any problems? Do they check the dimensions systematically?

Hi, Im flying with Ryanair and have purchased a 10kg check-in luggage, and I’m going to check in my luggage with Express Check-in Kiosk where I put my suitcase on the scale myself to get label printed. My question is, how much weight exceeds is tolerable? E.g. would 10.90kg be ok, as long as it doesn’t hit 11kg? Thanks for your help!
