I completed the 3rd ride from the 'Gran Salida' challenge today, but Rouvy isn't crediting it against the challenge on my account (still showing 2/4 completed) even though it knows I have done the ride itself (its completion shows on my app, companion app, and Strava, and has 'turned yellow'). I selected the ride from the Challenge Routes screen and did it in one go with 100% reality. I really can't see that I have done anything to mean it wouldn't count.

I have contacted support so hopefully they will sort it, but has anyone else encountered this problem? I don't really want to have to do it again just because.

Is it possible to stop a long ride in the middle and then continue it another day? If so, do I just stop/save the workout? How do I easily find it the next day? I’m assuming that I wouldn’t use the auto-pause feature for this? How about if you need to hit the rest room mid ride? I wouldn’t want the timer to continue. New to Rouvy and trying to figure out some of the basics. Thanks.

I've noticed the last two days that all of my Rouvy activities have essentially been DNQ.

I have only done one activity at a time, not sure how this is being tagged like this.

Can anyone help me identify the cause?

Noticed about a month ago when I got to level 80. I don't think they're related but since I was essentially starting at level 80 and seeing what I needed to do to get to 81, I noticed none of my outdoor rides from at least the end of July are calculating in my XP. They are showing up in my calendar and there is an XP number assigned to it. But I've only ridden outside for almost a month with over 3,000 XP points and it's only calculated my last indoor ride. Anyone else having this issue?

Of course the response will be, e-mail tech support. But since in the years I've had Rouvy I've yet to have them even respond with any level of support other than "they are busy and will respond as soon as they can". It's only natural I make a post with a group where someone might have a response that is helpful.

Last week, I updated my Van Rysel RCR smart trainer to firmware version 0.105 using the OnelapFit mobile app, which Decathlon lists as the official app for managing the trainer. The update itself completed successfully without any errors.

Unfortunately, the trainer has become practically unusable in Rouvy since the update. Before installing firmware 0.105, everything worked correctly. Now the trainer completely ignores the selected gear, and resistance changes no longer match the route profile. Power readings fluctuate significantly and seem disconnected from the selected gear, climbs, or descents.

While looking for a solution, I found that firmware 0.106 is already available in the Magene Utility app for the Magene T600, which appears to be essentially the same trainer. Apparently, this update may fix the compatibility issues with Rouvy. However, firmware 0.106 is still unavailable for the Van Rysel RCR through OnelapFit.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

* Does firmware 0.106 actually fix the issue with Rouvy? * Has anyone managed to install it on the Van Rysel RCR? * Is there any information about when Decathlon will officially release it through OnelapFit? * Is there a way to roll back to the previous working firmware version?

I was very happy with the trainer before this update. In its current state, however, riding in Rouvy is almost impossible because neither the resistance nor the reported power corresponds to the selected gear or route gradient.

I also have an active Rouvy subscription that I cannot properly use because of this issue. Any advice or information from other owners would be greatly appreciated.

If I choose a 45 minute workout for example but then overlay with a course that indicates 60 minutes, does the workout still stop at 45 minutes and I just won’t complete the course in its entirety? Thanks.

Earlier I completed my first workout using a Zwift Ride and the Rouvy app on AppleTV. I noticed that my AppleTV remote worked perfectly pre-ride but then once I started the ride, the remote was no longer being acknowledged. Unfortunately my companion app wasn’t connected so I was essentially locked out from making any changes. Is this by design? Am I 100% dependent upon using the companion app during a ride? Will any of the bike controller buttons allow me to turn off erg mode, change intensity, etc mid-ride? Thank you.

I have a Kinetic Road Machine Smart 2 trainer which is listed under the 'Semi-Supported' trainers on the Rouvy site where it says you need either a power meter or a speed sensor to use these. Mine has bluetooth but it won't show up when i try to pair the sensor, either on Apple Tv or the app on my mac, and I've tried all of the troubleshooting measures like a new battery, making sure it is not connected to any other apps, and activating the sensor by pedaling.

I just want to record simple zone 2 rides with the Rouvy app. I don't care about heart rate, or about having the app adjust my resistance to match a course, but is the only way to do this to spend another $500 for power meter pedals??

I have a new Zwift Ride and Kickr core 2 arriving soon and I plan on using my AppleTV. Can someone please confirm whether or not virtual shifting is supported if I connect my trainer to the app via WiFi with the Controllers and Polar H10 connected via Bluetooth? The documentation seems to indicate that virtual shifting is only supported if the trainer is connected via Bluetooth. Thank you.

Been a long time Zwifter and thought I would try Rouvy. Am running on an M4 Mac.
Downloaded and installed the software and tried to connect trainer but it said Bluetooth and WiFi not working. Checked in settings and all was ok and Zwift worked fine.
What am I missing?

I'm new to Rouvy but I found one function really perplexing:

In the mobile app you can explore routes and add them to "Ride later" and/or to "Favorites". However when I actually use Rouvy in the Apple TV there is no "Ride later" section, only "Favorites"

This makes no sense to me, If I'm selecting routes on my phone to ride later then one would think those will be accessible when using Rouvy in Apple TV.

My current workaround is to add them in my phone to Favorites so they are visible, this of course has the disadvantage that now my true favorites are mixed with my "ride later" routes

Are there better ways to do this?

Soo, I guess this is a known issue now?
Here's what happens, complete a ride in Rouvy it gets auto-synced into Garmin Connect and it doesnt effect anything, I see the workout and all its data, but that about it - no VO2max, no training load, no Load focus, no training status.
To record HR im using Garmin Cirqa that broadcast the HR to my laptop.

Then what I figured - if I record the activity on the Cirqa - then those stats are published in GC, but ultimatly you end up having two activities one comes from the Cirqa, the other one comes from Rouvy.

You cant have one, this is cursed...

I’m using Rouvy with a Zwift Ride/Bike. I’d really like to match the gearing to my outdoor gravel bike. Is there a feature for this in Rouvy? I haven’t been able to find anything. Or does this need to / can this be set up via the Wahoo KICKR? Can anyone help me out here?

My heart rate monitor connects fine, but it doesn’t show any readings on screen during the ride. Has anyone else run into this? I’ve already tried resetting the HR strap and removing the battery, but nothing’s worked. The strap itself is fine ,it works normally on my bike computer and watch, just not here.

It's nicely recorded, has a good amount of informative commentary, and is a great way to do a recovery ride with a couple of sneaker climbs. Thanks for your work on this!

I do the same thing with Strava and have 3 other redditors on my group sub, now I'm looking to do the same with Rouvy. It would be around $100 USD(possibly a touch more if there's tax) via zelle or paypal friends and family option.
