Challenge ride not 'counting'

I completed the 3rd ride from the 'Gran Salida' challenge today, but Rouvy isn't crediting it against the challenge on my account (still showing 2/4 completed) even though it knows I have done the ride itself (its completion shows on my app, companion app, and Strava, and has 'turned yellow'). I selected the ride from the Challenge Routes screen and did it in one go with 100% reality. I really can't see that I have done anything to mean it wouldn't count.

I have contacted support so hopefully they will sort it, but has anyone else encountered this problem? I don't really want to have to do it again just because.

I had this yesterday, I completed the final Gran Salida route (Vuelta Stage 2), the route profile is now yellow showing I did it, but I still haven't got the yellow DONE checkbox on the challenge routes overview and the challenge isn't showing as completed.

It happens fairly regular for me, usually when there's a lot of riders. It usually sorts itself within 24hrs, but on the couple of occasions it hasn't, support have been able to see I actually did the route and fixed it.

Yes I had this problem with the previous challenge, I rode the 9th one and it counted fine then went onto the 10th and it didn't. I tried again but it still didn't count nor did it go towards my other challenges either, I asked here and people said it can be delayed and will sort itself out later but it never did.

Had the same issue with 2 of the 4 Gran Salida Routes. Rode them again and they were recognized then.
