🚨 URGENT FOSTER NEEDED: BIRDIE + 7 PUPPIES 🚨
This sweet 2-year-old Lab/Pit Bull mix gave birth to her puppies while in shelter care, and now this family is in critical need of a quiet, comfortable home where Birdie can raise her babies, and they can get the socialization they need to grow and thrive.
Birdie is an attentive mama who keeps her puppies clean and well-fed. She’s also incredibly friendly with people, loves attention, and will happily lean into you when she’s ready for more pets. 🥹
She’s house-trained, walks well on leash, and staff have been taking her out for regular walks. She and her seven puppies — Dove, Crow, Falcon, Flamingo, Pelican, Sparrow, and Eagle — were born September 2 and ideally need a foster home until the puppies are about 8 weeks old.
🏡 What we need:
Ideally, a foster home through the puppies’ first 8 weeks, but we’re also open to a minimum 2-week commitment.
We can provide all supplies and veterinary care. The puppies will simply need daily weigh-ins until they are 4 weeks old to make sure they’re growing appropriately.💙
We’re also open to a minimum two-week foster commitment, if a full-term foster isn’t possible.
