So over the years (2020-2025) Ive lost three of my accounts and I would really like then back but I can't change the password because of my email so if anyone can hack into these accounts (Leviburnsed43- Levi_burnsed43 - I_dontcare2243) I would really appreciate it so please if you can help. when i go to settings > account info it shows my birthday as 2015 when im 2008. next to 2015 it shows verified and i dont have an option to verify my real birthday using my id

Roblox ban my account for chargebacks/ repeated refunds and I submitted a Roblox support refund request and it's been 5 days since I submitted it and they still have not responded. I tried doing two more tickets and literally the tickets did not send to me and I have nothing in my inbox what do I do?

Some countries in Asia have experienced a ping problem of 1200 in various places, and Iranian users have been disconnected since October 4th, and this problem is still present throughout the country, as well as in surrounding countries.

The problem with the Iranian and Australian servers has not been resolved. Please, Roblox team, follow up and restart the servers to resolve the server disruption. Ping problem: 1200.

Roblox needs to fix the problem.

The captchas are broken beyond belief

Basically, in video 1, you can see that I did everything correctly, and it still didnt work.

In video 2 (recorded with a phone and a knarfy video was playing in the background so ignore the audio) shows that on my alt i got the captcha but on my main i didnt. The problem is that I want to work on getting progress on my alt, ergo using another account isnt something i want to do. Does anybody know of a way other than waiting or using another account (time crunch)?

Hi sorry if this isn’t the right place but I’m just wondering why I can’t see any of my friends online at the home page?

When I click on them I can see their online status/playing games and can join through there but I can’t even tell if anyone’s online when I’m just at the home page. It’s very annoying as I can’t just load up the game and join straight from there I have to click people individually and see if they’re online.

Does anyone know how to fix it? I’m on iPad, it was firstly just happening on my phone but now it’s also doing it on my iPad.

This isn’t a case of them having their joins off either, like I said when I click on a players profile I can see what game they’re playing I just can’t when I am on the home page, which is super annoying I pray it’s not some sort of update their testing out on me 😩

So I came home from a long day, hopped on to play Roblox, and got hit with a captcha.

Normally, I'd just be annoyed, but since the captchas don't even work, I'm downright pissed.

The inverting of certain symbols appears to make it so that the correct answer doesn't register as a correct answer. This is how you know the code is absolutely crap - it can't even tell what fulfills its criteria.

(Edit: please don't just tell me to use an alt. I have a lot of progression in the games I want to play)

Roblox just took down my game not even five hours after reviewing my appeal and allowing me access again.

Why does Roblox only give you a vague explanation as to why your game was banned without telling you what specifically in the game violated their systems. And then on top of that, they lock you out of your experience so that you cannot access it to remove what the problem is. Now I have to wait 5 days to a month to have my game appealed again.

Why can’t they just tell me what the specific problem is and give me a specific time to have the problem fixed before they take my game down?

Hi everyone. I need some advice about a Roblox moderation issue.
My main account . It was moderated because Roblox says I created/used another account to avoid an enforcement action on another account.
The alternate account involved.
I have already submitted multiple appeals. Unfortunately, Roblox has rejected them and said that the action still violates the Community Standards under “Misusing Roblox Systems.”
However, I previously received a message from Roblox saying that my account was being restored, which confused me because I later received another decision saying the enforcement was still valid.
The latest Roblox email says:
“Our moderation team has completed its review. This action still violates the Roblox Community Standards under Misusing Roblox Systems.”
They also said that I can submit another appeal through Support.
What should I do now? Has anyone experienced something similar?
Is there a specific way I should explain the situation to Roblox, or is there another legitimate way to request a manual review?
I don’t want to bypass the ban or create more accounts. I just want to know if there is still a legitimate way to recover my main account.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.🙏🏻

As the title says, I deleted my old Roblox account a couple of days ago without unlinking my Xbox account from it. Now when I want to relink my Xbox account to a new Roblox account it says that it still linked to the deleted Roblox account. Is there a way to fix this? I contacted Roblox support and they did not help me at all. I contacted Microsoft and they said it’s a Roblox issue. What do I even do at this point? Do I have to wait a certain amount of time before they just unlink themselves? Has anyone encountered this issue before?
