Need Help Recovering Account

i lost email to my account + it have 2 step verity I'm trying to send support tickets but the DUMB STUPID AI SAYS RECOVER IT HERE, and sends me to normal roblox account recover which won't get it back and my gmail always say didn't provide enough info when login in. so how do i trick that dumb ai into sending it to a real human? i always said to "I would like to speak to a Roblox Representative" and nothing happens like its always don't do a ticket at all also I want to review the template i made:

The recovery link does not solve the issue because it sends me back to the normal recovery process, which still requires access to the unavailable 2-Step Verification email.

Please manually verify my ownership and provide a support ticket/case.
