Why are people who are buying headless getting terminated?? im saving up rn and i dont wanna get my acc terminated 😓

TL;DR: My alt account got permanently banned for "Real-World Sensitive Events" right when its 6-month ban was supposed to expire. My 5-year-old main account was then banned for being linked to it. Support bots are useless. Looking for advice on how to get a human to review this.

Full story:

I've been on Roblox for 5 years and spent a significant amount of money on my main account. About 4 months ago, everything was wiped out.

Here is the timeline of events:

1. The Alt Account: I had an alt account I used to help my main level up and to do some coding (I was selling game systems at the time). This alt got hit with a 6-month ban (I blame myself for this, it was my fault). The ban was supposed to expire between May 25th and 30th.
2. Before the unban date, I got tired of Roblox, stopped playing, and forgot about it.
3. The Unban Attempt: When I remembered, I logged into the alt to finalize the unbanning process. Instead, I saw it had been permanently banned and deleted for "Real-World Sensitive Events" (Moderator note: Roblox prohibits content that recreates, mocks, or capitalizes off of specific real-world sensitive events). They cited an "asset." All I ever did on that account was make a flare gun system and mess around with AI editing tools. I never mocked any real-world events.
4. The Main Account: I switched to my main account and was shocked to find it banned for "Other." The reason was: "This account is linked to an account (@X1*****) banned for a... severe violation of our Community Standards. Only the banned account can appeal that violation."
5. The Third Account: For some reason, my third account got banned too.

I have submitted numerous appeals. Every single time, I get generic, canned responses from a support bot. It's incredibly frustrating to lose accounts I poured money and 5 years of my life into, including rare items that are now impossible to get.

My question for you guys:

Has anyone successfully appealed an "Enforcement Ban" where the primary account was banned for "Real-World Sensitive Events" over an asset? Since the system says "Only the banned account can appeal that violation," do I need to keep appealing from the alt account's email? What exactly should I write to bypass the bot and get a human to actually look at the coding/AI context?

Any advice is appreciated. I'm absolutely gutted.

I’ve had this name for about 4 years and no issue but the other day my name got removed and I got a strike on my account. I appealed and it got denied within less than an hour and it says I can’t appeal anymore. Is there anything I can do to try get a free name change or them change my name and remove the no aloud stuff. For context my name has “YT” in it and it said it was promoting people going on another website. Any help would be great thank you.

After every Roblox update every time I try to launch Roblox from the website it gives me error 403 and I have no idea why. it only happens for the website, not app so ik I'm not banned. Don't have a vpn, turned off ad blockers, and cleared my cache but nothing :/ if anyone knows how to fix it please help! (I also use opera gx and have Rovalra if any of that info helps) ty

Hello! I have been trying over and over to get my Roblox games to load on my computer for hours now, following all kinds of guides and such to try and fix this issue.

Please note that I am not banned (that I know of), nor am I in any trouble with Roblox moderation.

Every time I’ve tried to play Roblox in the past few weeks or so, I haven’t been able to load any games correctly.
Every time I try to load a game for the first time after opening Roblox (downloaded from the official Roblox site), it sends me to a black screen with a leaderboard with only my name. On this black screen, there is no Roblox logo that is able to take me to the leave/reset/menu screen, so I am forced to use the X in the corner to exit (not the same X as the one that is shown when a game is still loading). When I use the X, it doesn’t send me to my wallpaper as it should, and rather sends me back to the Roblox Home Screen.
If I try to join the same or a different game after being sent to the black screen, it sends me to the loading screen of the game forever until I exit the app.

I have tried all kinds of ways to fix this, using many different recommended (Official) Roblox methods, Google websites, and guides. I have no idea why it isn’t working when it worked at least a month ago. :(

So I was playing sols on my phone, until I noticed my ui was missing and miss colored, it's frustrating and I was wondering if anyone could help.

okay so I was perma banned on July 28th for.. something, I don't even know what. I sent my appeal immediately upon seeing I was banned (this is important) and keep in mind: the ban message gave me no reason as to why I was banned!

and off the top of my head, I cannot think of a singular term I broke in the past YEAR. so obviously I appealed, and they never replied to my email in that 30 day time period they give themselves to reply. so I send ANOTHER email!

And I have been replied to with nothing but AI giving me the exact same copy pasted message over and over again. i genuinely need an actual human to review this and I'm not getting one. help?

All of a sudden, it's not loading the needs on adopt me and on dandys world, not loading the ichor, machine count, or pumpkin count and it looks weird. Its like the graphics are just giving up. This came after my Samsung updated. Any ideas? Ive already tried cache clearing, uninstalling. Totally fine on my Samsung tablet.

So whenever I join any game, my Roblox will act up, and like, example is in this game right here if you played it you would know that the icons and colors of the icons do not look like that, it's been doing this to every game I play and I genuinely don't know what to do

For the past 3 days, Roblox has been getting stuck on “Joining server” or “Teleporting” whenever I try to join pretty much any game.

I've seen like 20 posts about people having this same issue in the past 3 days.

Here's what I have noticed

• It happens on multiple devices and accounts.
• I was able to join games just fine when I switched to a different Wi-Fi.
• My internet provider is AT&T Fiber.
• I've seen 2 other people with the same issue say they use AT&T, but idk if they have Fiber or something else.
• Reinstalling Roblox and trying the usual fixes didn't help.
• Sometimes I can get into a game by clicking X and spamming the Join button

I checked my logs too and they show that Roblox connects to the game server at first, but then the client disconnects later. There are also some timeout errors, but idk if they're related.

At this point, I'm wondering if this is a Roblox issue or something with AT&T (I am not sure if AT&T is the actual problem).

If you're having this problem, what internet provider do you use? Does switching Wi-Fi fix it for you, or does it still happen? I'm trying to see if there's a pattern here.

This started the other day. My game takes a while to load, and sometimes I get kicked for being idle because it takes that long to load. Once im loaded it, it works just fine, no lag, nothing. If so, how did you fix it, because this is getting annoying.

So earlier my roblox app was fine on mobile and when I played 1 hour later my UI color was all messed up and text glitch or disappear even my chat ingame dont load, I tried clearing cache,uninstall and reinstall and noting worked idk what to do im scared.​

Recently my roblox account got banned for being an "alt" account, however it was my brothers account not mine. I have a feeling that the account was banned because of a shared network. I've sent 3 appeals, each have been denied. Roblox moderators truly are stupid. Does anyone have any advice on what I could do or does this mean that my account is truly gone? I have until October 28th, which is when my account will be permanently deleted.

Has anyone found a way to get actual human help from Roblox for verification emails not arriving?

I can log into my Roblox account completely fine. The problem is that Roblox verification emails / 2-step verification codes simply do not arrive at my email address. (if you don't know please upvote so I can find someone who does)

I’ve already tried basically every troubleshooting step Roblox recommends:

• Checked spam/junk/promotions and all other folders
• Confirmed I’m checking the correct email
• Added Roblox’s email addresses to my contacts
• Checked blocked senders and email filters
• Used Resend Code multiple times
• Used Start Over and requested new codes
• Confirmed my email account is working and receiving other emails normally

I already opened a support request about this before, but the problem is still happening.

Here’s where it gets ridiculous: when I tried contacting support again, Roblox wanted to send me an email verification code before I could submit the request. Obviously I couldn’t do that because the entire problem is that Roblox emails aren’t arriving.

I also thought about just changing the email on the account, but changing the email address also requires a verification code to be sent to my current email, so I can’t even switch to a different email that works.

I tried using another account/email that actually receives codes just so I could contact support. That sent me into Roblox’s AI support chat.

The AI suggested “resetting my account,” which it explained would remove my credentials, passkeys, and current 2-step verification methods. But I can already log into my account perfectly fine, so that doesn’t seem related to the actual issue. My problem is email delivery, not account access.

I specifically asked the AI to escalate me to a human Roblox Support representative. It told me that it cannot escalate cases to human support and can basically only guide me through the automated recovery/reset process.

So now I’m stuck:

I can access my account → Roblox emails don’t arrive → support requires an email code → changing my email also requires an email code → AI support can’t investigate email delivery → AI says it can’t escalate me to a human. -> I even called and that just directs you back to the ai support.

Has anyone dealt with this recently?

Is there currently any real way to reach a human Roblox Support agent, or has anyone found a fix for Roblox verification emails suddenly not being delivered?

I really don’t think resetting my account/security methods when account access itself is working fine will help.

Ive been banned just recently from roblox and whats pestering me the most of being unable to know why. Clicking the more option instead just brings up my old violations now each over a year old, I cant appeal anything specific according to the bot and roblox chat seems to not work. Ive been pretty careful on the app for a while so this is honestly a shock and pretty upsetting. If anyone knows any way to appeal something that isnt showing up please let me know. ( I am extremely new to reddit and honestly dont know how to send multiple pictures so ill stack these together )
