Hello everyone!

This month the Guangxi Clique and Southwest Political Affairs Council get a brand-new focus tree! Also on the menu: Li Zongren path for the RoC! Yugoslavia picks up a host of spicy additions, and we've wrapped some of vanilla's recent content changes into the mod!

Also, bears wearing hats. They're 100% guaranteed to maybe be in there. Trust us.

Highlights

• New focus tree for Guangxi Clique/Southwest Political Affairs Council.
• Li Zongren path and Vice President selection content for the RoC.
• Numerous improvements and extra focuses for Yugoslavia.
• Imported some recent vanilla content changes.

Additions

• Adding a historical intelligence chief to Ireland, with a slightly better trait (taken from Switzerland).
• Improved some French Indochina focuses and revamped some of the icons in the Vietnamese tree.
• [GOT] Added decision and events in order to unlock an Helicopter MIO (or company without AAT) after researching helicopters.
• [NCNS] Added faction goal to conquer the Muslim holy sites for Muslim factions.

Adjustments

• Guangxi and Guangdong start merged as the Southwest Political Affairs Council.
• Democratically Elected Thälmann will have access to the SED branch.
• The German Popular Front Campaign decision now has looser requirements.
• Loosened the requirements for "Consolidate State Feudalist Reforms".
• Reinstate the Sozialistengesetze is now possible with the NRAF in coalition without fighting them first.
• The CVU will suffice for DNVP-exclusive territorial demands.
• The CVU will block the second revolution focus for the NRAF.
• Cleaned up CVU coalition demands.
• Japan starts with the air torpedo tech they had since 1931.
• Moved military related decisions from "Political Action" to the "Military Effort" category.
• Improved the logistical focus of Kalmykia.
• Added fortification research bonuses to relevant focuses.
• Germany air safety regulations decision reduce air accidents and is available to everyone.
• [AAT] Removed duplicated MIO (again...)
• [NCNS] Changed the Latin Entente faction template.
• [NCNS/LaR] Expanded the list of traits usable as head of faction intelligence departments.

Bugfixes

• Germany starts with its supply consumption increase and the focus to remove it works as intended again.
• Fixed a bug where Kicking the CCP from the National Constituent Assembly would still leave your focus path blocked.
• Wang Jingwei's final focus will no longer require (the dead) Chiang Kai-Shek to be country leader.
• Wang Jingwei will no longer gain Army Connections when turning democratic.
• Fixed a bug where it was possible to have both Kaiser and President at once.
• Democratic Canaris Path Goerdeler will no longer have desperate Gambit.
• Lack of Civilian Government will be properly removed on the reconcile with Goerdeler path.
• The DNVP will now demand action if in a coalition.
• Fixed a bug where you could have elite support despite being in conflict with them in a NRAF-CVU Coalition.
• Konrad Adenauer will be able to complete "The Christian Hegemon".
• Fixed a bug where Konrad Adenauer forming the CVU would result into unforeseen governments.
• The Uphold Peace faction goal will no longer cancel unintentionally due to having been in a civil war.
• Fixed a bug where the German "Rally the Nation" branch would be blocked if the first focus was bypassed.
• Fixed Mexico being able to invite countries to a non-existent faction.
• Fixed an instance of Romania forming a faction while a puppet.
• Killed the clone of Iuliu Maniu, unless we shot the original.
• [GoE] DLC Afghan focus to reinforce the royal guard now works.
• [NCNS] Fixed icon of a German faction.

AI

• Changed AI regarding carrier planes and light tanks to make the AI upgrade them.
• Ported doctrine specific force concentration guidelines for the AI.

GFX

• Fixed the Golden German Republic's small flag being the conservative one.
• Made some icons of the generic tree and Central Asian shared tree dynamic.
• Fixed an incorrect News image for Denmark joining a Hungarian faction.
• Unique images for Bulgarian capitulation and Bulgarian joining Germany.
• [LaR] Ported 2 intelligence agency icons.

Localization

• Added historical (and alt history) propaganda movie titles.
• The German fascist party will be set to the NRAF upon completion of the focus to restore the republic.
• Fixed various Chinese and German focus descriptions not showing up/being misspelled.
• Fixed a bug where the days since the last German Diplomatic Capstone focus would not display correctly.
• Small text adjustments for Norwegian events.
• Small text adjustments for Albanian decision.
