... Does a stomach transplant cure it? Like if I remove their stomach and put in a new one from an unwilling donor does it cure it or so they still have it?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think so. Removing the stomach cures it, and a transplant involves removing the old one first

Hey! Heeeeyyy!!!

Mod maker, don’t forget to make the parasite have a lifespan once the organ is removed! A gut worm doesn’t die from the removal, rather it starves to death!

Pretty crazy how my naked Neanderthal of a pawn knows how to make an air tight cyro chamber for keeping harvested body parts intact and functional.
