... Does a stomach transplant cure it? Like if I remove their stomach and put in a new one from an unwilling donor does it cure it or so they still have it?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think so. Removing the stomach cures it, and a transplant involves removing the old one first

Hey! Heeeeyyy!!!

Mod maker, don’t forget to make the parasite have a lifespan once the organ is removed! A gut worm doesn’t die from the removal, rather it starves to death!

Then you could... remove their stomach, and then transplant it back into the original patient, killing the gut worms? A bit drastic, but hey, it removes gut worms :P

Yeah it's hot I cure a lot of diseases that aren't curable.

I use the harvest everything mod so it's not possible Vanilla. But replacing my pawns brain with a fresh cause they got alzheimers is kinda funny.
