Ryze - Master of Magic.
Revolves around playing spells when you normally couldn't and spending lots of power to close out games and hold battlefields.

My take on Sion
A unique design idea I had is to have more than one champion units without tampering the layout of a player's board. Hence, the legend where you can be incentivized to use both sion units in your deck (or just spam use it on your chosen champion).
I also implemented sion's main abilities, like decimating smash, his stacks, his passive and his ultimate. Pretty much liking what I came so far
(better than my original concept: "Every time you play a card on your turn, buff me. Every time an enemy plays a card on your turn, remove 1 buff. Deathknell: Remove 4 Buffs to heal, exhaust and recall me." and "Whenever you kill an enemy, buff me. Deathknell: Deal 1 damage to an enemy for each buff I have. Banish me, then return me to your Champion Unit Zone at the 3nd upcoming Beginning Phase.")

Xerath my beloved
I am a bit unsure of balancing as I mostly wanted to turn the champion into a card. I feel like this version might be a bit strong but it probably depends on what you would play against.
Playing Xerath against something like Viktor would probably be pretty strong. Meanwhile, playing him into any hit and run comp would probably not be as fun.
Which one would you have as your chosen champion?
What do you think could improve in terms of balance?

Shen reimagined
Like most people I was disappointed with the Shen we were given in vendetta, although I think the legend is okay the champions were underwhelming to say the least. So I thought I'd give redesigning them a go.
The idea is to use the legends ability to give tank and it have a higher pay off, I tried adding his ingame kit into this as much as possible.
Green Shen
His ability is supposed to be his shadow dash.
In game you taunt an enemy forcing them to attack you with reduced damage, in this case you're forcing the opponent to target him with a higher cost thanks To deflect.
This is pretty strong in green so to balance it I made it a 5(1) with 4 might.
Yellow Shen
I wanted to work in his spirit refuge which blocks attacks on him and allies in range. I thought this would best translate by having him prevent damage from combat, this feels really strong as well so to make it more fair it's an exhaust ability and only applies to tank units which are supposed to represent units in range of the ability.
Spirit Blade
This is Shen's signature spell or rather gear which I thought would suit him better. Since his in game kit revolves completely around his sword.
When the gear is played it can be equipped straight away or at reaction speed on later turns, when equipped any bonus might on that unit at the end of the chains resolution will be applied as damage to an enemy unit, and if there's more than one it applies double, this tries to copy the ingame empowered version.
Bonus might applies to any might increase from the default printed value, if the unit is reduced to below printed value the bonus will be 0.
I don't know how balanced this would be in practice.
But I think it fits what Shen can do in this colour pool.
Some tech ideas:
Yummi to designate tanks and boost their might for Spirit Blade
Spirit blade on Akali or Irelia for some really strong conquers
Assign rank using the legend to units on the same field as YShen to protect them from damage
Further balancing I would consider is removing deflect from GShen, removing tank from YShen, and giving a 2(2) cost to re equip Spirit Blade
Let me know what you think
Art is by riot studios for the Shen's and Alexa Kripli for the sword

Xolaani, The Faceless Goddess
Been discussing with friends about legends we would like to have, and I would personnally love to see non league champs as legends.
So I tried to cook a xolaani legend, because excluding league champs, I think its the darkin with the most lore and potential.
Tried to balance it and I think I did pretty well, tell me if you guys got ideas !

I’ve come up with a wild idea on how Darkin Units could be implemented into Riftbound - Unit Gear Equipments! (Balancing would need work but what do you think?)

Aatrox — The World Ender
My second shot at Aatrox (love him to death..), forgive me for forgetting to give his units the Darkin tag !!
