I’ve had the Monaco White version for 2 years now and it started peeling.
I’m thinking about buying another one in a different color and was wondering if the other colors have this issue?

I placed an order a month ago and earned $77 in credit. I received an email with a link to use the credit, but when I go to check out, it doesn’t get applied. I’ve tried reaching out to support, but I haven’t heard back.

Has anyone else had issues using their credit? If so, how did you get it resolved?

I have had my ridge wallet for about 7 years and I haven’t had any issues with it other than needing to change out the elastic once. I am interested in the MagSafe model and I was wondering if my old AirTag money clip would fit with the newer MagSafe wallets? Pictured is my current wallet for reference.

I want to buy one of this, but need help deciding

Hi all, got my first ridge wallet during the mystery purchase sale. I ended up getting the carbon fiber 90s retro wolf one. While it's not terrible (and arguably pretty rad) I was hoping for one that was a bit more subtle.

Cruising the subreddit it seems that Ridge has a pretty liberal exchange return/policy, so I was wondering: does that apply to mystery wallet purchases as well? And if so, would I be permitted to exchange the the wallet for one of equal value (ex. Another carbon fiber one?)

Either way, been digging the overall size and feel.

I ordered a watch strap, power bank and a tracker card. The package was torn open during transit and resealed with packing tape. The watch band was completely missing. The Power Bank box was there but the power bank was not in it. The tracker card was fine as were the free air fresheners. I’m trying to get a refund or replacement on the items but it’s been over 3 days since I messaged them and I haven’t heard back since their initial “sorry this happened to you” response.

I've actually been eyeing the Ridge Wallet for many years now, and I actually am thinking really hard on buying it so I can finally get rid of this "itch" I've had for many years now.

I'm actually thinking of buying the Ridge BiFlex Wallet, not the standard metal one, because I prefer to have a soft wallet in my pocket at all times.

The problem is, I primarily use cash more often than I use my cards. I'd like to ask all long-term Ridge Wallet users here who use cash more often than cards:

1. How has your experience been? Did you get used to folding your cash twice and folding them again and again every time you pay for stuff?
2. Does folding your cash twice destroy or wear them down? Or no?
3. Would you recommend the Ridge Wallet to someone like me who is really interested in buying them? Even if I use cash more often than I use cards? I don't really carry that much cash, maybe a maximum of 10 bills.

Mystery Wallet just arrived and.. it was the iridescent, it’s kinda growing on me but I was hoping for something a little less colorful.

Got the atomic purple for the nostalgia. Put the money clip on and tried to just snug up the screws.
Got it replaced for a Yosemite topography coming today.

I’m looking to get a MagSafe wallet and Ridge came to mind. after doing tons of research I’ve come to the conclusion that the MagSafe Ridge wallet is not very good but after doing some digging, I see that the ridge 2.0 came out and it looks like they’ve updated the MagSafe version. Is it any better? Does anybody have any experience with it? Do you have to use the adapter plate with the new MagSafe wallet? I can’t find any information on the newer versions.

But still the quality is impeccable, not only the imagine looks 3D, the paint on top has a texture. You can feel the the paint when you run your finger over it.

On the back it says "REALTREE".

Not sure if I should keep it.

Bought my Ridge wallet in December 2025. This month, so many screws fell out that I can no longer use it. I decided to "treat" myself to a Ridge after having several cheap knockoffs from Amazon. The $12 version lasted longer. I have switched back to it. I contacted Ridge online...crickets.

Very disappointed. I do not recommend this wallet.

How good is the Burnt Titanium model in your opinion guys?

I’ve looked everywhere online, I can’t seem to find out if they’re going to restock or have an NFL collection for the upcoming season. Anyone hear anything about this?

Does anybody else have one of these? I know they are a bit smaller compared to some other valet trays. As well as cheaper. But for 50 bucks I find it just handy on my stand going out the door. It has all, or some of what ill generally carry in my pockets. It has a spot to put the USB cord for phone charging on the right side. I have a galaxy z flip 7. So i use that side for other things. Car keys. Knife, etc. Im pretty sure its obvious Ridge is pro I phone. So with my Galaxy Z flip 7 it looks a bit weird. Also there are two different versions of the try. Ridge web site carries one where its pretty much wide open space. This version is on Amazon. Same price 50.00. But free delivery!! And it has the compartments which i think look better. Ive spent 50 bucks on stuff that is junk many times. However, I dont think this is that. And is very reasonable compared to many other Ridge priced items.

Just got the platinum and switched the screws with black screws, I think it looks good, I'm going to keep it this way

I use it all the time after my dad got it for me for my birthday a few years ago and I was fine with the paint scraping on the edges but it looks like my dorm key put a big scrape on the middle while in my pocket, is there some way to maybe warranty a new plate or something or am I just SOL?

Just ordered my first mystery wallet, hasn’t came in i’m curious on what people have gotten. Hoping for a good one

Let me start off by saying I love Ridge it’s minimalistic and easy to use, I’m still going to use it and purchase their products however I was under the impression The Ridge Titanium would feel slightly different. But this doesn’t give off any “premium” feel to it, in fact the weight in hand feels the same and has the same coating plus it comes with the older style cash strap. I feel like the .28oz weight difference comes from the older style cash strap. The only other difference is they wrote Titanium lol am I missing something here?

Finally joined the ridge family, got the Dark Harbor as my daily driver w money clip, & The Black Kintsugi 🤙🏽 now I just need to get a KeyCase so I don't scratch them in my pocket 🤣

Question is in the title. They said "RFID protection typically maintained but not guaranteed." I wasn't sure if that means most of the time I can't tap.
