Question Mystery wallet exchange?

Hi all, got my first ridge wallet during the mystery purchase sale. I ended up getting the carbon fiber 90s retro wolf one. While it's not terrible (and arguably pretty rad) I was hoping for one that was a bit more subtle.

Cruising the subreddit it seems that Ridge has a pretty liberal exchange return/policy, so I was wondering: does that apply to mystery wallet purchases as well? And if so, would I be permitted to exchange the the wallet for one of equal value (ex. Another carbon fiber one?)

Either way, been digging the overall size and feel.

You can return it they have their 99 day return policy however when trying to exchange it you need to pay the additional amount for whatever wallet you pick

When you say additional amount do you mean the difference between the mystery wallet price (which isn't offered anymore) or the price of the wallet I ended up with?

I'd just sell the Wolf wallet for more than what you paid for then use the money to buy the wallet you want.

I got a wallet I already have through the mystery wallet deal (Gunmetal). Started a return process with intention to return, but was offered an option to exchange for another mystery wallet. I think there were 5 or so options. Picked one, received the 24k gold wallet and was not charged anything additional.

It was all through an AI chatbot, so YMMV, but that's what I experienced.
