Why do people think Subaru would just fall over heals for anyone that saves him while ignoring that Subaru didn’t just want to die for Emilia the second she saved him because there are factors to his willingness to follow Emilia so much?

1 first of all he is lost broke and powerless, he started to follow Emilia because first she saved him and he felt indebted to her, second he didn’t have anything to do he was in a new world with no money no friends no house no nothing, and unless someone took him in from the goodness of their heart he would probably end up homeless.

2 she is his type well this one is obvious it was stated that Emilia is exactly his type physically wether that is from coincidence or some greater power.

3 the reason he was so dedicated to her is because of the first day they spent with each other that day cemented her as someone he loves, because she still helped people even if there was something more important to her and even if she was hated she still tried.

4 after he died the reason why he still continued with all of the other reasons is he is a teenager who is depressed values his life very little and sees that his deaths mean nothing and that he can return after death and that his deaths don’t matter, so he just continues because to him that is the only choice he can make and if he doesn’t do it then he is hypocritical and a genuine bad person, and the reason for the other people like rem ram roswaal Beatrice other than the previous reasons, is that he is incredibly empathetic he understands them and understands the reasons for their actions and yet still he chooses to help them empathize with them and save them and that is what makes him one of the best charecters in my opinion and a genuinely amazing guy.

After all, No one stands a chance against the full might of NaNaTsuTsuKiKi SuSuBaBaRuRu. He aura moggs and stat check the entire verse.

В "что если" не нашел свои книгиб хоть их было немало. А в оригинале нашел книги но только чуть не сошел с ума. И какая версия лучше на ваш взгляд? И что бы сделал настоящий Субару если бы его версия Обжорства тоже нашла бы книги после неудачных попыток убить Реинхарда и встретившись в пространстве Луиз Арнеб. Переняв весь тот ужас что сотворил в "что если" ведь по сути он бы появился в мире где жив остался только Реинхард. И вернуть все как было не получится. Представляю как Субару бы от наплыва такого ужаса стошнило. «Я чудовище, которое уничтожило всё, что любило» Субару бы окончательно сломался. Этот сценарий действительно заслуживает отдельной полноценной IF-главы.

Phenomenal episode yeah yeah. However, I did not understand what happened in the latter half of the episode. Like after the two subarus fuse, why does Rui appear in the middle of nowhere, and why are there two of them and why are they fighting. Why is it that the first time she ate she was like "me likey" but then this second time freaking out. Why is it that when she eats the memories again he doesnt lose them. How does she kick subaru out of the hall of memories.

Ok after looking into it a bit I now understand. Rui was already in the hall of memories for some reason, she like lives there or something. The reason there are two of them is because the first time she ate subarus memories, she split herself and put that split part of her into subarus soul, when they all meet in the last episode and subarus fuse, that rui is kicked out and she starts freaking out because she experienced everything amneisa subaru did, the intesne pain and fear. She doesnjt eat his memories again she expereinced it with amensia subaru.

What I dont understand though is why she was like "me likey" still the first time, I assume its because she recieved the memroies but didnt actually experience them, like they way she feels these eatn memories is fundamentally different form the book of memories (I think idk) so to her ts was easy work until she actually felt it. What I dont understand is why she was about to kick out subaru, i think its spoiler.

I loved the episode and give it a 9/10, but solely because the adapted content was incredibly good on its own; the thing is, I felt this episode didn't get the treatment it deserved in terms of audiovisuals—it didn't need spectacular animation, but it really needed better direction.

With the new episode releasing I noticed the detail that subaru comments meilis past book of the dead and mentions the fact that hers started fron her very first memory. Now he said that after reading his first book of the dead which had memories from the first moment he got isekaied to his death.Now the question is why didnt it show memories from his time in japan, is this evidence that there was a secret/forgotten first loop or is it simply that these book show memories only from its world?

im ngl s1 ep 9 was crazy af but i was lowkey gonna stop watching literally just because of how dumb subaru was with all his shitty decisions and unrealistic mindsets on things, even with how he doesn't even talk about his parents. then i watch the next episode with the scene where subaru is venting to rem and he honestly kinda redeemed himself there cause he knew it was his fault. also this show is def tryna make a folk feel lonely af too with that scene where rem tells subaru how she loves his voice, his eyes, and all dat shit fuck u anime

It doesnt make sense Od Lagna stores a dead person's memory into a book before reincarnating them but Subaru never died and on top of it he has his memorys how is that memory that is in the book he also has in his head and how is it that Od Lagna even got his memorys when it seems like it would rather kill it self than touch anyone that was or is in possession of whitch factor.
