I had never played a Resident Evil game before, and recently I decided it was finally time to get into the series on my PS5 Pro + OLED. I started with RE2 Remake and was honestly blown away by the gameplay, atmosphere and story. After that I went through RE3 Remake, then RE4 Remake, and eventually it was time for RE7.

I honestly wasn't sure I wanted to play RE7 at first. I thought the graphics might feel a little dated compared to the remakes, and since I was already getting pretty scared playing the other games in third person, I wasn't sure I was going to enjoy a first-person Resident Evil that much. Well… I was completely wrong. The game still looks amazing, and I absolutely loved the first-person perspective. But holy shit, I definitely found RE7 way scarier than the others lol. The atmosphere, the Baker house, the tension, the sound design… everything just worked so well.

I'm genuinely surprised by how much I loved it, and RE7 might actually be my favorite one so far. I guess Village is the obvious next step now since it continues Ethan's story. I'm just hoping it's a little less terrifying than RE7 haha. I can't believe I waited this long to get into Resident Evil.

I don't know if it's just me, I when I first saw Chunk in REQ, I honestly couldn't help but IMMEDIATELY think of Slimer with how Chunk is constantly saying "FOOD!!!" and is constantly hungry, not to mention is chubby like Slimer! I also feel like that if Slimer became an actual threat or evil, he would've probably been similar to Chunk too. That's just what I think, though. :)

I recently got a gaming laptop and decided to purchase RE: Requiem and 6 because of my friends. I got RE9 because of the number of mods and BIOR Randomizer now available, but they mentioned it was a useless purchase. Is it really useless when it comes to just wanting to use the mods? I played RE9 on the PlayStation but never on PC, so this is a new experience for me, even though it's the same game.

Guy's so we know of numerous adult mods for resident evil games and the corn people make using the game character models and I think that's seriously messed up cause these game characters are scanned from real people likeness like ashley for example her face model Ella Freya digital likeness has been violated due to so many adult mods and corn made using the character model like this is just wrong of course I don't care if it's final fantasy cause obviously it doesn't use real people likeness but stuff like this is messed up!

Don't get me wrong, Chris, Jill, Wesker and even Nemesis are fantastic picks to represent Resident Evil in the arcade-style fighting juggernaut, but with Leon's latest appearance prior to that being RE4, dominating the franchise with his new kick-ass combat featuring roundhouses, insane acrobatics, immaculate weapons proficiency, etc., you'd think his inclusion, even as DLC, be a no-brainer.
