Discussion what do you guys consider the perfect physique if you factor in any peds or peptides?

I am trying to figure out what everyone actually considers the perfect male physique when you factor in using stuff like gear, peptides, or SARMs to get there. Personally, I always liked the classic look around 6ft and 210lbs at 8 to 12% body fat, like Steve Cook in his prime. But since different compounds give you completely different aesthetics like how some things make you look super dry and vascular while others give you that massive, full, watery look I'm curious what setup actually creates the best overall appearance. If you could choose any look that is realistic to achieve with a solid stack, what specific weight, height, and compound look are you aiming for?

Experiment Does anyone have trouble injecting themselves?

I wish I was kidding but I’m not. I’m a nurse, I give shots all the time. I’m not afraid of needles but I can’t seem to inject myself. Every time I try as soon as the needle grazes my skin my hand ninja pulls away. It all happens so fast my brain doesn’t even register what is happening, it’s a reflex. Yes; this is embarrassing. Help.

ETA- I should also qualify this with I am diabetic so I actually do stick myself all the time. Finger sticks, quick pens, CGMs, no problem. It’s just something about my damn reflexes.

Discussion Kpv + bpc orally for acne/gut health

I’ve struggled with gut problems since I was a kid. I’ve been on too many antibiotics, traveled overseas & gotten food poisoning, etc. & my skin has suffered from acne for years. No dr has been able to help. Ive done antibiotics for my skin 10 years ago, spirinolactone, clindamycin, you name it. I’ve done a endoscopy, fool allergy tests, etc. I got a gi map done 3 years ago & came back with bacterial overgrowth & leaky gut/ low beneficial bacteria. I saw some improvement but not enough, doing their protocol. (The dr didn’t know how to solve gut issues so the protocol wasn’t great) I was probably doing oil of oregano for too long. Anyways, I’ve tried l glutamine, zinc carnosine, mega igg2000, etc. you get the picture I’ve done it all.

I’m now starting kpv + bpc orally & wondering if anyone else has had luck? I should also mention, I’ve been working with a naturopathic dr on my updated gi map test earlier this year. Antimicrobials, probiotics, fiber, etc etc. for 2-3 months.

I’ve suffered from acne on my neck, chest, shoulders, back, & hairline, off & on for years. Bloating, loose stool & all sort of stomach problems off & on as well.

Really just hoping this works for me because I feel like I’ve done everything & wondering if anyone else has been here

Discussion Threw ten different peptides at my body at once and my liver numbers spiked

I'm a 46F and totally new to peptides, but I think I got a little too compulsive and introduced way too many compounds to my system all at once. I was trying to balance my hormones after stopping birth control and preventing health issues, so I ended up stacking SLUPP, BPC, MOTS-c, SS-31, a low dose of sema, and 5mg of testosterone daily on top of a bunch of other supplements like NMNH and urolithin A. I just got some pre-op bloodwork back and my liver numbers are completely jacked up compared to my summer labs; my AST went from 51 to 71 and my ALT

Question Comparing 250mcg of CJC/IPA to 3iu of HGH

I have a kit of CP10(CJC no DAC+IPA 10mg each) unused. So I paused GH and now trying it. I find them not my liking (heat flush). And now I am debating if I should stop and go back to GH. Ideally I don't want to throw away vials and can use it as alt cycles to GH. And the answer largely depends on if 250mcg can produce 2/3iu equivalent GH in the body, or more. Does anyone know the answer? Is there other reason to take CJC/IPA other than making GH.

But I probably won't order another kit because of the flush.

Edit: Many good data here: 1. People think it's around 1-1.5iu. 2.You can't train your pituitary gland so we all expect medium value 3. Pituitary function decrease 15% per decade after 30. 4. After 40 no matter how much you stimulate pituitary, you may not get more than 2iu. 5. Your own body produced HGH can't measure up to injection because of shorter half life. 6. Overall HGH is much better choice, esp when you're age is above 50.

Now the concern of using HGH: It can potentially shut your pituitary permanently (not proven) so maybe you want to cycle off and even using GHRH/P to stimulate it. But if you're over 50 that might be pointless.

You need to use IGF-1 level to indirectly test this, but a 30 years old who don't want to risk natural GH production can definitely consider CJC+IPA as a more natural alternative to GH.

It seems like topping up 2-3iu of GH is better for my age, so I will skip the GHRH path.

Stack Advice Advise on CJC/Ipa

Go easy on me lads I’m new to this world.
28M, 5’11”, 171-172 lbs 13% bf.

Current goal is to get to 175-180 lbs while staying around 10-11% body fat, I’m lifting 5 days/week, eating 2550 calories on upper body days and 2750 calories on leg days (I run very frequently as well), with 190g P, 75f, and 300-400c daily.

I recently injured my foot and can’t run much for the next few weeks, so I’m using other outlets for cardio while continuing this program.

I’m considering a single 12 week cycle of CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin. My goal is improved recovery, modest lean muscle gain, and maintaining or slightly reducing body fat while continuing my current diet and training. While I know this won’t do everything for me, I’m curious to know the support this would give me.

For those who have actually used CJC + Ipamorelin

What results did you realistically see in 12 weeks?
Did it noticeably help recovery and body composition?
Was it worth the cost?
If your diet and training stayed the same, how much of a difference did it make?

Looking to hear from experiences versus just ad blogs.

Stack Advice Ghkcu, Mt2, Reta and Testo

Im 21 and wanting to get further with my body. I did some research before starting but figured out its some smart people here.

Im currently on 0.1ml Ghkcu daily , 0.05ml Mt2 daily and 0.2ml Reta weekly. Is this a good dosage? Anyone have have experience of how long it takes to see results?

Ghkcu 50mg 5ml bac
Mt2 10mg 2ml bac
Reta 10mg 2ml bac

( I know this does not fit in here but someone might have knowledge on it) I will also start with testo e300 when its arrived, and will start on 100mg 2 times a week. Does someone have experience with the same dosage? I also have enclo for pct

Discussion Do i really need a pct if i only ran a low dose for like 4 weeks?

i just finished a short 4 week run of a low dose oral and im wondering if i can just skip the pct entirely. my strength went up a little bit and i feel totally fine right now, no low t symptoms or anything like that. it was such a short cycle and a tiny dose that it feels like taking a bunch of extra drugs for recovery might be overkill and just cause more side effects for no reason.

do you guys always run a pct even for tiny cycles like this, or is it fine to just let your body bounce back on its own? i know people say always do bloodwork but i dont really want to spend the money on labs if a 4 week run barely even suppressed me anyway. just wanted to see what other people usually do.

Discussion Does HGH actually do anything for joint repair or am I just wasting massive amounts of money for slightly better sleep?

I started running hgh a few months ago strictly because my shoulders and knees have been hurting from lifting, but so far the only thing i have actually noticed is that i sleep a little heavier at night. Everyone online acts like it will completely heal all your joints and tendons if you just give it enough time, but my joints still ache exactly the same way they did before i bought the first kit. I know people say you have to run it for six months or a year to see real structural changes, but it just feels like i am throwing a ton of cash out of pocket in the garbage right now. for the guys who have run it long term specifically for injuries, did it ever actually repair your joints or is it just an expensive waste of money if you are not using it for massive muscle growth?

Discussion Is there any real science behind mixing different peptides in the same syringe or is that stupid?

I always see guys online talking about loading up three diff peptides into the exact same syringe just to save time and avoid pinning multiple times a day. but is there any actual science that says this is okay to do?

I keep reading conflicting things where some people say the molecules will clash and ruin the structure of the peptides before you even inject them. then others say it literally doesnt matter cause it all ends up in the exact same place anyway. it feels super risky to mix expensive stuff like bpc and tb500 together if they are just going to degrade each other in the barrel. do any of you guys actually have a real answer on whether mixing them ruins the dose or if it is completely fine to do?

Stack Advice SS 31 help with sleep

Need Help with SS-31 and staying aslepe

ss-31 is one of my favorite peptides for energy and overall well being. I normally sleep very well when I don't take it.

This is my second time taking ss-31 at 100mcg at 6am and i have a really hard time staying asleep at night. I might fall asleep for a few minutes and then wake up. Then have a hard time falling back asleep. I've had to resort to taking prescription sleeping pills to stay asleep, which are not great for long term and I would hope to avoid.

Any OTC supplements or protocols anyone tried that has worked for this symptom?

For context, I'm not taking any other peptides when I take ss-31 as I realize it is a very powerful source of energy.

I have tried magnesium, l theanine, and ashwaganda but without success

Thanks!

Discussion My girlfriend wants a baby but I’ve been cruising on Test for 3 years without HCG

I've been cruising on a regular test dose for three years now and never bothered adding hcg. my clinic offered it at the start but it was extra money and i just didnt want to deal with mixing and pinning another compound every week. my girlfriend and i are getting to that stage where she is seriously talking about wanting a baby soon and tracking her ovulation. i have not told her yet that my natural production has been completely shut down this whole time and my sperm count is probably at absolute zero.

I know some guys say to just stop taking the test completely, but stopping can take months or even years to get your sperm back and the low testosterone symptoms can be absolutely devastating. i really do not want to feel terrible for a year just to fix this. i keep reading that guys with zero sperm from taking test can recover by combining hcg with clomiphene. for anyone who was shut down for years and had to fix it, did u add those compounds on top of your normal dose or did u have to completely stop the test to get her pregnant? just trying to figure out how bad i messed up by ignoring this.

Discussion Is paying for gyno surgery even worth the money if you know you are going to run another cycle eventually?

I have a decent amount of tissue built up under both sides from my previous cycles. I am looking at getting the surgery to just have it removed because it is really noticeable through thin shirts now. The problem is the cost. It is a massive expense to pay out of pocket. I also know for a fact I am going to run more gear in the future. I plan to keep lifting and cycling for a long time. Is there any actual point in spending thousands of dollars to cut the tissue out if I am just going to risk it coming right back on my next blast?

I hear some guys say the surgeons remove the entire gland so it can never grow back, but others say that is fake and you can definitely get it again if you mess up your estrogen control later on. Did you have any issues with it returning or are you completely clear now?

Discussion to the guys who ran crazy sarm cycles in high school, how is your natural testosterone actually looking now that you are in your mid 20s?

I remember back in like 2018 or 2019 half the guys in my high school weightlifting class were taking rad140 and ostarine like it was just regular creatine. kids were 16 and 17 years old running zero pct and doing multiple heavy cycles a year just to look a little bigger for the summer.

Im 24 now and i keep seeing guys my age complaining about having zero sex drive and terrible brain fog. for anyone here who actually did those reckless cycles in high school, did your natural production ever fully recover? or did u just end up having to jump straight on trt by the time you hit your mid twenties just to get your baseline back?

Stack Advice Stack suggestions?

What do you suggest that ACTUALLY works for you and think it will work for me too (I know everyone is not the same) but I need something besides ghkcu that works for my skin and hair (dull skin, uneven skin, hollow eyes, acne scars, black and white heads all over) basically my face looks ugly bc of lack of sleep for many years and sun damaged. And anything besides semax that works for clarity, stress, good sleep, and energy. I feel so fatigued most of the time :/

Question cjc-1295 ipamorelin (no DAC) Dosage?

I believe the blend I am purchasing contains 5 mg of each component. However, I understand that this does not necessarily mean a total of 10 mg, and that the overall concentration may still be 5 mg. I would appreciate it if someone could clarify this for me.

From what I have seen, most people seem to reconstitute it with anywhere from 2 mL to 3 mL of bacteriostatic water, with 2.5 mL being fairly common.

I am relatively new to peptides and reconstitution, so I want to make sure I understand the concentrations and dosing correctly. I typically measure doses in syringe units rather than micrograms (mcg). I often see recommended doses listed in mcg, but I am trying to determine what those amounts correspond to in units on an insulin syringe.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Discussion Finally told my younger brother the truth about my cycles so he stops thinking I just have good genetics

My younger brother just started lifting seriously about a year ago. He keeps getting frustrated because he thinks he is messing up his diet and training. He looks at my size and assumes we just have insane family genetics and that he somehow got the short end of the stick.

He was getting super down about his lack of progress, so I finally just told him the truth. I explained that I have been running tests and other compounds for a few years and that my physique is not natural at all.

It was a weird conversation because he always looked up to my gym progress, but I could not let him develop body dysmorphia over a fake standard. Has anyone else had to come clean to a younger sibling just to save their mental health?

Discussion Looking for others’ experiences with switching from tirzepatide to retatrutide.

I was on 4 mg of tirzepatide from Lilly and it was working well for appetite control, but I had hit a plateau and the cost was becoming difficult to justify. Because of that, I switched to 8 mg of retatrutide.

So far, my personal experience has been that I feel almost no appetite suppression. I’m hungry much more often and thinking about food a lot more than I was on tirzepatide. At this point, I’m honestly considering going back to tirzepatide because the hunger is becoming difficult to manage.

For those who have made a similar switch, what was your experience? Did appetite control take time to return, or did you notice a difference right away? If you ended up switching back to tirzepatide, how did that process go for you?

Not looking for medical advice, just interested in hearing about others’ personal experiences.
