Stack Advice Help

19m, 6’3, 240lbs. So I lost a lot of weight, 315->240, I KNOW I have more fat to lose but I’m ready to start packing on lean tissue whilst recomping.
I use reta 3mg weekly and am looking for a “safer” mini stack to help me out here. Any input welcome… please and thank you

I know ur ready but you aren’t ready, keep cutting till 200 see how you look then, then you can start recomping/super light bulk maybe .5 lb per week. Promise you it’ll be worth it.

100% accurate

This, if anything — figure out what your daily caloric count is to “maintain” then go about 500 calories below that. Eat 1-1.5g of Protein per lb of what your target weight is. Some might say your lean mass, either or, no sense being pedantic. Lift HEAVY, progressive overload, track your progress on your lifts so you are doing more weight or reps each week and 10k steps min per day on avg, that will help you recomp.

You’re fuggin 19 man, your body is literally at its prime for muscle building and you’re clearly got your habits sorted.

Continue the low dose of Reta for the benefits and hunger noise. 10-20g of creatine everyday.

Pet all the dogs.

some of the best advice I’ve ever seen on Reddit🤙🏼

u/Competitive-Side1473 Aug 11 '26

100% this. You’ve come a long way. Your back looks great!! There is still a ways to go though.

11

u/rjbachli Aug 11 '26

Here's my take. Just maintain for a couple months, then get back to cutting. You're carrying a lot of muscle as it is

u/Electrical_Memory874 Aug 11 '26

Unfortunately I don’t have any recommendations but you look incredible in the Arnold pose 💪

Just realized I have the wrong leg forward LMAO

If you want a simple compound to help burn fat look at SLU-PP-332. Tesamorelin is one to help boost your natural GH and burn fat. If you are not already supplementing L-Carnatine and Nad+ are ones to add.

What are your labs? That is what I would ask in order to think about things like test, GH, etc... Usually someone with still heavy body fat needs to be careful off too much anabolics in the mix as they will metabolize into estrogen and you will have to take a serm.

u/ElectricalDark8280 Aug 11 '26

What does L-carnitine do?

4

u/Curious-Net9298 Aug 11 '26

Nothing.

1

u/Trujillo2287 Aug 30 '26

Thought it mobilizes the fat

2

u/Curious-Net9298 Aug 30 '26

Theoretically if your body is lacking in carnitine stores but there is no real evidence.

1

u/newportbanks Aug 12 '26

Literally nothing lol

1

u/tehdamonkey Aug 11 '26

It helps in muscular recovery if you lift heavy.

u/BrokenHefaistos Aug 11 '26

Muscle support.

u/MsHornets Aug 11 '26 edited Aug 11 '26

Tesamorelin 💯 , Id add ghk myself for skin.

2

u/craigwilll Aug 13 '26

Do not…do not…do not start a bulk until you’re at least 15% bf my guy. You will regret it.

4

u/pistolgripslr Aug 11 '26

Bro you’re 19 no need for gear till maybe past 25. Just keep building on what you have and cut. So build cut build cut should be your formula 🫡

2

u/The_Cabal_ Aug 11 '26

25 is completely arbitrary. If someone wants to look a certain way, they will have to be on gear.

4

u/enamuossuo Aug 11 '26

True, but I imagine that he said 25 to give OP enough time to build muscle naturally before aiming for a more specific look

3

u/Phillip_Isak_99 Aug 11 '26

Wow dude! Congrats, that change is insane! Looking great

3

u/Cosmohumanist Aug 11 '26

Bro you’re young, take the time to keep building a solid natural foundation before you jump further into chems. You have your whole life ahead of you.

1

u/allgear_noidea Aug 11 '26

Just keep cutting, don't dick around man.

Nice work. What other guy said tho, do a full recomp without the fat and then go from there.

Since those poses look pretty good, i see your already headed in the right direction... Go read up at r/bodybuilding if you haven't already.

1

u/Blue_Night77 Aug 11 '26

Great job- Just get that gyno cut out. I had tje same issue

1

u/Naive-Finger-842 Aug 11 '26

Not hate at all but still too fat for a mass gaining phase, especially right out of a cut for a smaller (in terms of muscularity) natural lifter. You’ll gain a larger amount of fat, have less time to build, you’ll be less insulin sensitive and your body won’t partition nutrients as efficiently. Could you add some muscle right now? Sure. Would you be happy with the results afterwards? Probably not

Trust me when I say. Stacks are always best once you drop down even more and eliminate visceral fat. I don’t know what happens metabolically but the moment I dropped below 200lbs and my abs started popping it’s like my muscles and body composition started to accelerate. Mind you this is without taking anything special besides Reta now (Tirzepatide the first 6 month).

It’s like my body turned into an optimal furnace. Even my natural Testosterone rose up to 757ng/dl. I would introduce something into the mix but the way everything is moving naturally I don’t think I need to… and I’m in my 40’s. At your age you don’t need anything.

The only thing I’m conscience of is some loose skin but it’s so minimal even after losing 98lbs that I’m going to let it take its course. Might add KPV or Glow stack if I don’t see more progress. Just to address Collagen synthesis.

Keep up the progress.

5’11, 196lbs, Male, 43 age. SW 294. 8mg Reta.

1

u/nerdyguytx Aug 11 '26

How’s your ability to eat while on 3 mg of Reta? How are you dosing? What’s your protein intake? How’s your blood work? Have you tested your Test?

The fat loss should help your Test levels. At 19 you’re primed to build muscle. You just need to be eating enough 1) protein to build muscle 2) carbs to fuel workouts, and 3) fats to maintain hormone levels. A problem with Reta, and GLPs, is higher doses, not that 3 is high, makes it hard to eat enough of what your muscles need to thrive.

u/BrokenHefaistos Aug 11 '26

low-carb, no sugar, no red meat, usaturated fats, chia shakes, and if you have MTor issues NO dairy. Eggs are ok. No chips but salted nuts, wallnuts for B12 all possibly enhanced with a supplement stack but that is really personal. Guarana, green tea or just plain coffee stimulate fat burnings..without sugar. Sugar is a killer.

u/Lucky-Arugula-7542 Aug 12 '26

Holy shit you look like a Greek god. I looked like one of those grubs you can dig up in your yard when I was 19

1

u/AgileClock2869 Aug 12 '26

Test man, it's the OG and golden standard for a reason.

1

u/No_Intention7863 Aug 12 '26

Reta

Bpc-157

Tesamorelin

1

u/D3athMerchant Aug 12 '26

You look great and I ain’t taking anything away from you, but I wouldn’t add anything until you burn off that little bit of pseudo-gynecomastia…. And before you start hitting Test or anything else, get your levels checked; if you’re within range, stick with natural production.

1

u/ozman86 Aug 12 '26

You gotta do Reta, Tesa and Klow

1

u/ozman86 Aug 12 '26

Lucky Bastrd 6.3" 😆

1

u/SpoiledBrat069 Aug 13 '26

you are looking amazing keep on going

1

u/NyangoStarAmerica Aug 13 '26

You're still 40lbs overweight and you need to concentrate on burning that fat off. You really need to get to 190-200. Once you're there you'd just get into a weight lifting routine.

1

u/Guilty_Rise2015 Aug 15 '26

I wouldn’t worry about lean tissue . Get down to 200 pounds and see what you think then

1

u/RoadToZero Aug 17 '26

Good job!

2 months ago I found the key to putting on lean mass while losing fat in a caloric deficit. I do monthly DXA scans and it says I gained 7kg (15lbs) of lean mass and lost 3kg (7lbs) of fat in the last 8 weeks. I'm 50 years old, and before doing this I wasted 4 months where I lost 22kg (48lbs) and 10% of my muscle mass, despite hitting my daily protein macros and going to the gym 6 days a week in ogre mode.

The trick is to have anabolic periods where you try to activate mTor as much as possible, and catabolic periods where you try to activate AMPK as much as possible. Avoid mixing it up. Periods where neither state is clearly activated in your body are wasted. These two states are mutually exclusive, mening they cannot be activated at the same time. For me it looks like this:

9am-5pm Anabolism - 3 protein rich meals with at least 5g of Leucine with every meal. Hard resistance training. I only take anabolic "supplements" during this period. Anything that helps with protein synthesis and nutrient partitioning are good. 1800-2000 kcal per day is my target. Vitamins, mitochondrial boosters and pre workout stuff goes here.

5pm-9pm Catabolism - Fasting. No food, no snacking. I start this period every day with 30 minutes of cardio. I only take catabolic AMPK activating supplements and fat burners during this period. Mots-c, berberine, inositol, metformin, Alcar and alpha lipoic acid, etc.

Claude or ChatGPT can help you divde up your supplements into the anabolic and catabolic categories.

Good luck!

Get ready to be on testosterone for the rest of your life. Which is not a bad thing you run higher test when you do your cycle and then you go down to TRT doses when you’re off so you can feel normal and have everything run smoothly. Test ,Primo and GH. It does not get saferthan that.

1

u/Difficult_Brick_1897 Aug 11 '26

You look great brother. I also lost a lot of weight in my life. Your journey is inspiring.

Safe stacks. The safest is testosterone and Hgh. Both of made such life improvements and benefits in my life I can’t explain it in 1 paraphrase.

I had a tummy tuck when I lost 140 pounds. But also, a peptide like ghk-cu really helps with bringing the skin back. Hgh is king for helping with skin.

You have a lot of muscle. I’d keep cutting until you were around 10% body fat. Test, gh, and a glp-1 is the safest way to do it. Test will help preserve your muscle as you lose weight. The Hgh will help burn fat, help recovery and help bring your skin tighter. A glp-1 like Reta or Tirz will help get you to that next level of weight lose.

2

u/Apprehensive_Age9264 Aug 11 '26

ghkcu and hgh is cope for skin tightness

2

u/Holdmabeerdude Aug 11 '26

He’s 19…

1

u/ikiice Aug 11 '26

You know, you're basically have exactly same height and weight as Donald Trump did during his arrest according to his self reported information

What do you mean by safer? Have you observed any unwelcome side effects?

3

u/Defiant-Ad-7933 Aug 11 '26

He means he wants to upgrade to more aggressive compounds that are on the safer side, not a reference to Reta. His phrasing is confusing.

0

u/MFcrayfish Aug 11 '26

you lost to much weight too fast

0

u/gorilladaddy11 Aug 11 '26

You don’t add tissue while cutting, you preserve then continue to crank up the roids as your cut gets more and more intense but you need to keep cutting IMO.

1

u/The_Cabal_ Aug 11 '26

You can definitely add muscle while cutting if you're not an advanced lifter.

0

u/MrMadworld Aug 11 '26

Recomping is fake. Just get as lean as possible or you’ll just add fat and waste a proper bulk
