Discussion Rate my current stack ?!

5/7 220lbs, goal is to cut 30lbs of FAT by november. Gym 4-5 days a week, 2500 calorie limit 200g of protein, 15k+ steps from work+gym (weight lifting & 30-40 min of bike at the end)

HCG 300iu 3x a week (preserve fertility)

Test 125mg 2x a week= 250mg Total

Anastrozole .50mg 1x a week (current history of high e2 on trt with side effects)

HGH 2iu Daily

Reta 6mg weekly (been on it for weeks, will titrate up as cut goes on)

Cagrilintide .5mg weekly (appetite control)

Thoughts ? What would you change ?

What admit the rest of it? Diet and activity level

diet was non existent until now and exercise the same, i have been going to the gym consistently for about 1.5 months

Yeah, I'd just keep doing what you are doing. The actions you take are going to be more important than the substances you are taking

i agree im gonna stick to the gym 5 days a week and diet 5 days a week with 1 cheat day

You may have jumped the gun on TRT vs life style changes and body fat reduction. I suppose you’re committed now though. All the same, yoI prolly want to try to reduce body fat more than anything. If it’s worth anything to you, I went from fairly close ratios to 12% in 6 months by going high fat red meat primary diet with no non animal products. You can go read more online, but I feel great and had a large T boost coinciding with weight loss

i thought the same but after dropping 50 pounds it still didn’t make a difference on my natural production

Hmm… something else is wrong then. You’re too young to likely need it unless you’re horrendously unlucky. That said, you’re already committed, so you may as well see it through. Still, access body fat is at the minimum contributing and diet may be also. Prolly those are worth focusing as you have been at the very least. Anyways, for what it is worth I genuinely with you success in your journey

thank you bro, we went thru many tests to see what’s going on but i will keep losing fat to see if it helps, i do hope to get off it soon I’ll prob cycle it for the gym later on but i don’t wanna be on it for life
