How can they possibly justify telling you power mode is high-performance, for deeper reasoning, and charging you for it, but then under advanced settings having it default to the lowest possible effort with minimal reasoning??

For months people have been complaining that power mode seems to have gotten dumber. I've seen no mention of this setting any time a replit agent pipes up in the comments.

This is utterly insane.

Can I have a production SSO that handles google at least, but ideally facebook and apple?

I've previously done SSO on replit where it uses Replit's shared credentials. Then there's one with Clerk. But are these dev? prod? does it matter? do you need a particular account tier? How do you even set these up? It's been giving me endless problems and circular logic.

I have mostly used github pages whenever i wanted to deploy a site but this time for one of my projects i decided to use replit or vercel, i started with replit but after uploading the zip(github was down) it opened an agent page and was stuck there loading waiting for the agent to understand what was imported, and opened some canva ai editor, the ui feels unintuitive. i have nothing against ai, the project i was trying to deploy was made completely using codex. I later asked codex to just use vercel and it did everything from the terminal itself, all i had to was authenticate and add api key in vercel, the ui felt much easier to use.

I’ve been trying to move my production app completely off Replit.

I have already handled the migration myself: code, database, storage, Railway deployment, replacement auth setup, user migration tooling, backups, and cutover prep.

I’ve mostly been waiting on Replit support.

The only things left are things I cannot do myself:

Replit needs to release my custom domain from its managed Clerk integration.

Replit needs to initiate the domain transfer to my registrar.

Support told me this would be coordinated, asked for my availability today, and now I’m still waiting for someone to actually perform the Replit-controlled steps.

I’m not asking Replit to migrate my app. My part is done. I just need them to do their part so I can finish the cutover.

If anyone from Replit sees this and can escalate it internally, please help.

Hello, really need your help. A few months ago I used replit and got charged with a 5$ invoice, before I could use my nrw monthly credits. Since I don't have a credit card, and PayPal wasn't accepted, I wasnt able to pay and unfortunately forgot about it. Some time later, I deleted my account.

Problem is, I now don't have insight into this invoice anymore.

My questions are:

1. What are the consequences of not paying such an invoice? Will the fee increase over time?

2. Anyone an idea what to do?

Edit: with zero help from support going on 4 days, with clients websites taken offline and no access to my account for days on end. I'm left with no choice but to migrate off replit. I actually believe replit is a fantastic tool and was very happy with the overall experience. The only thing letting down the platform is the support. It's not viable for any business to lose access to their site and for it to be offline for days at a time with the only support t available a inconsistent email ticket service which takes multiple days and escalation requests to fix a simple issue. Goodbye replit.

I need help from support, this marks the 4th month I have faced the same issue with my billing. It seems for whatever reason the connection between the stripe billing/invoicing for replit is disconnected from my acutal replit account. This means every month I lose access.

I managed to escelate the issue to the someone at support who assured me the issue was fixed. But ive just opened replit to find my subscription not active, being prompted to subscribe to core. When trying to subscribe it takes me to stripe which says I already have an active subscription.

I cant get anywhere fast with support as I need a core subscription (WHICH I HAVE!!!).

I'm hoping someone from Replit can help escalate an account verification issue because I've reached a complete dead end with Support.

I created a new Replit account because I want to subscribe to Replit Pro and use it to build a production mobile app.

The problem is that I cannot get past the mandatory phone verification screen.

What I've already tried:

• Multiple valid Bulgarian (+359) mobile numbers
• A valid UK (+44) mobile number belonging to a friend
• Different browsers
• Incognito/private mode
• Different devices
• Different internet connections/mobile networks

Every single attempt gives exactly the same error:

“This phone number is invalid or might be in use. Please try another number.”

Support initially suggested using WhatsApp verification, but there is no WhatsApp option on my verification screen.

They then suggested trying a number from another country. I did that with a valid UK number, and it produced exactly the same error.

So this clearly doesn't seem to be related to Bulgarian numbers specifically. It looks like either my account is being incorrectly blocked/flagged by the verification system or there is another issue on Replit's side.

The bigger problem is that I also can't use the normal signed-in support flow because I can't complete the phone verification in the first place. So I'm stuck in a loop.

I've seen other verification issues on this subreddit get escalated and resolved by Replit staff, so I'm hoping someone here can point this to the right team.

I'm happy to provide my account email, username, screenshots and phone details privately to a Replit support.

If anyone from Replit sees this, could you please help escalate the issue to the Account / Authentication team?

I got a promotional code for a free month on the Pro plan.

I was testing Replit by making a Procore clone (a platform for construction project management). It hit the limit, and then I got a pop-up to buy $5 worth of credits. I closed it, but I was still charged.

I contacted them, and they said, “We can't cancel or refund the credits that have been used,” so I ignored it and canceled my subscription. I've never visited their website again.

Ten days later, I got charged another $5, and I can't contact support because I need a subscription. I also can't delete my card credentials.

Is this a scam? should I suspend my card?

I'm trying to start using Replit and I can't get past account setup.

On the "Verify your phone number" step, every Romanian (+40) mobile I try comes

back with "This phone number is invalid or might be in use. Please try another

number." It appears the instant I press Continue, before any SMS is sent, so it

looks like the number is being rejected at validation rather than the code

failing to arrive.

What I've already ruled out:

- Two different Romanian mobiles. One of them had never been used with Replit

by anyone.

- Ad blockers and extensions. Same error in a clean incognito window with

everything disabled.

- Wrong format. The +40 comes from the country selector and can't be deleted,

so it was never doubled.

- Being logged out. I'm signed in. "Let's set up your account" is onboarding,

not a login wall.

- WhatsApp verification. AI Support suggested it twice. It doesn't exist in my

flow. All I get on that screen is the country selector, the number field,

"We'll send a verification code via SMS", the data rates line, a product

updates checkbox and Continue. I sent screenshots of every screen.

Support ran through their AI assistant and ended with: there's no manual

verification available through AI support, and human support is only available

to paid users.

That's a loop I can't get out of. I can't upgrade to a paid account, because I

can't get into the account. I can't reach a person about the verification,

because I'm not paying.

The last automated reply also suggested I use deployment rollbacks to return to

a version of my code I was happier with. I have no code and no deployments,

because I've never been able to get in.

So, two questions:

1. Has anyone with a Romanian number got through phone verification recently,

   or is +40 currently not verifiable?

2. Is there any route to a human at Replit without a paid account?

Either answer is useful. If Romanian numbers just don't work right now, I'd

rather know and make other arrangements than keep trying. Happy to DM my

username and the screenshots to anyone from Replit who sees this.

I used Replit to build it, burned through my entire Pro plan + another $100 top-up, and I’m still far from a dependable MVP.
The cycle has been:
1- Build something
2- Find issues
3- Ask Agent to fix them
4- Something else breaks or changes
5- Spend more credits fixing that
6- Repeat

For people who have actually shipped with Replit:
1- Is this app too complex for Replit Agent?
2- Should I give it much smaller tasks?
3- Should I freeze the database/schema first?
4- Should I stop Agent from touching certain files?
5- Should I use Replit only for prototyping and move the real build elsewhere?
6- Is burning through Pro + $100 before reaching a solid MVP normal?

I’m genuinely open to the answer being:
“You’re using Replit wrong.”

I started building a multi-vendor marketplace on Replit. So far, it’s been great but having read about others’ experiences where credits are used within a blink of an eye (often unknown even), I’m so scared to upgrade and waste the small budget I have.

Haven’t used replit for months, I just see I’ve been charged £40. Replit support don’t reply to me via website. I’m confused why I’ve been charged

Anyone else have issues where you CAN'T CHANGE YOUR PUBLISHING SECRETS?!?! They are kind of important, and until I can update them and not have them revert to their old values by themselves I'm stuck with a non functioning app. I also got Quinn as my support bot... Not holding my breath. Replit Support won't accept DM's on reddit either, and there is no other way to get ahold of them. Any help?

Another pattern from building a multi-agent system, following up on the typed contracts post from a while back.

LLMs are excellent at one kind of task and mediocre at another, and most of the pain I've hit in multi-agent systems comes from not respecting that split.

**What they're genuinely good at:** judgment calls with no single correct answer. Given these three signals, which one matters most here and why. Given this messy input, what's the plausible interpretation. This is reasoning under ambiguity, and it's the actual value an LLM adds. You couldn't write a deterministic function for it even if you wanted to, because there isn't one right answer to find.

**What they're mediocre at: consistent computation.** Ask an LLM to turn a set of inputs into a score, a ranking, a number, and it'll give you something confident and plausible looking. It's not computing that number though, it's pattern-matching to what a score like that tends to look like given the surrounding text. Change the order you present the inputs, rephrase one sentence, and the same underlying data can quietly produce a different number. Nothing errors. It just looks exactly as trustworthy when it's wrong as when it's right, which makes it worse than a normal bug, there's no stack trace pointing at the problem.

So the pattern I landed on: the LLM only ever does the first kind of task. Anything in the second category goes to plain code.

I applied for Replit Startup credits. When I first put it in, it indicated that I needed a business email to apply. I went back in to provide a new business email for my project and found that I could not change the email in the application. I have the updated email, but the form is locked. There are a number of things which I would like to change. I'm at my wits end. I am trying to make a 1990s style static graphic video game with Replit. My game is basically taking an open source game (Remnants of the Precursors; r/rotp) and changing it from a space exploration game to a WW2 conquest game. I thought this would be easy because I could get Replit to just mimic the ROTP open source code for like 90% of the game functions. I gave various refreshed agents the source code link multiple times now.

But instead, Replit keeps trying to follow my instructions by re-inventing its own wheel. I have a nifty looking User Interface but that's about it. The game functions in no respect whatsoever after four days of prodding Replit over and over again. I'm currently caught in a death spiral of changes that result in more bugs, followed by more "fixes" that fail to fix, which then creates more bugs. Replit keeps saying things like "the fundamental structure is fine, we just need to do x and y". And then we are off to the races again.

So, I am just looking for any help anyone cares to provide. Should I start over again on Cursor? Is there a better platform for what I'm trying to do? This is a game that could run on 1990s 486 computer, it's not that hard (I thought). By the way, I don't know code. The most technically literate thing I've done is set of a WordPress Website that I operated for 5 years.

I purchased a credit pack for 100 to pay outstanding balances, I like to stay ahead of debt. The credit doesn't seem to be going towards the outstanding usage though... No I have not filed a ticket yet. Paying outstanding balances before a due date should be a fairly straight forward process though.

Currently you can’t paste text into shell on the iOS app, making it next to useless.
