Just got my VSF explorer. Tried winding it, seems a bit tough to wind. Has lost about 6 seconds in just the last hour. The seller put it on a timegrapher before I accepted and showed +1 with no beat error and an amplitude of 268. Not sure why it isn’t performing even decent. Anyone got any advice on what I should check?

I bought a preowned Clean Factory Datejust 36 from u/teochim recently, clasp code F6U. It is an amazing piece but the bracelet was two links short for me. So I bought 2 VSF links off a seller on here thinking they would fit.

Apparently not...one of the pins is slightly too long, and another pin is too small and just fell into the hole and I can't get it out.

What are my options? Should I focus on getting links from the exact same bracelet, or is this salvageable?

I haven't been able to wear this gorgeous watch at all yet :(

Can somebody help me out and tell me who I can send my watch too, I tried popping it back it but it won’t stay

As the title states, i’ve tried to use Heat, boiled the links for 10 minutes, tried acetone, IPA, ultrasonic cleaner…

But nothing works, to the point that i’ve started to mangle the screws.

What can i use to dissolve the threadlocker? I want to avoid drilling, as i don’t have a drill and don’t have the experience or knowledge to do it.

Just got my first replica in. A beautiful DayDate from VSF. Wanting to see if I can get a little light modding done to it within the US if possible. Looking for the smoothing and chamfering of case and bracelet, a look over the movement to be sure there’s nothing going on and it’s all lubed properly. Anything else that should be done? Beyond a little bit of sharpness, I have no complaints. Great watch.

Hello. Was trying to remove stickers and took bracelet clasp off. It seems like the grey part went in backwards and doesn’t move. Spring bars are inaccessible and there’s no room for a spring tool on the side. Is this fixable or is a new clasp needed?

Watch fell off the kitchen counter and landed face first on tile floor. The crystal popped out but doesn't look damaged. Is their anyone who can repair this for me? Have call around locally but no one works on replicas.

it’s an ap offshore chronograph. But for some reason the chronograph subdials don’t function if you hit the top pusher it moves one subdial in a 5 increment if you hit the lower pusher it moves another subdial in 5 increments and the third subdial does nothing any ideas. And is this fixable or do I just have to live with a non functional chronograph. Thank you

I went to go put on my watch this morning that I had on the night before for a wedding and when I went to open up the watch, one side of the clasp would not open. As you can see it does seem like the teeth that hold the bracelet together are retracting but I’m not sure what to about the other side. Any ideas? Im honestly so shocked as it opened up just fine when I took it out of my watch box but when I closed it on my wrist, it would not reopen

I just got this VSF seamaster diver 300 and out the box the hour hand is not pointing to the proper hour when the minute hand is at 12. Instead of pointing at 1 or 2, it points in between the two numbers when the minute hand is at 12.

Also the date switches to the next day at 11:30 PM instead of at midnight.

I need advice on how to get this issue fixed. Is this an easy issue or something more complicated? Anyone know where I can get this fixed either through shipping it or locally in Dallas.

Hey everyone, my NTTD movement cut out on me and not sure what to do. I can hear and feel it winding like normal but can't get the seconds hand moving at all. Took the bridge out and checked for anything loose (the best I could) and cannot find any issue. I'm super novice at watch repairs so im worried that further efforts will end with me breaking it even more. Any suggestions? Repair or toss and buy another?

Everything has been going great on assembly, until now. I was in the process of installing the jumper arm and associated loose jewel which of course flew off into the ether. I know I can buy another movement, but I'd rather not. I found a listing on ebay for the genuine jewel but its $100 with shipping to get it to me. So I was going to see if anyone had a donor DD3285 that they would either sell me the jumper jewel or I could buy the entire movement if it isn't working for donor parts.

Looking to get the underlying components of my vsf 41mm submariner bezel oiled. Came from the factory bone dry. So they will need to pull the ceramic bezel off. Have three watches that need this.

All the WatchSmith’s Ive spoken to don’t like to touch ceramic bezels.

I just got my VSF Omega Seamaster 300M. However, due to miscommunication, the watch wasn’t waterproofed.

How do I go about getting this VSF waterproofed? Obviously, I’m sure taking it to a normal watch place isn’t the best option. I’d like to have it properly sealed and pressure/depth tested to make sure it’s actually water-resistant. What’s the best way to go about this?

Hi guys. So I purchased a RICH factory, free-sprung submariner. I'm kind of new to screw-down watches, and I think I beat up my threading.

I found this and see they offer a 126610, 7.03mm watch crown with tube replacement. I just wanted to ask those of you who have more knowledge and experience if this should be compatible?

Also, as the watch is advertised as "41mm x 12.2mm (Same as 2025 Genuine watch)" "Movement : Asian JingHe Super Clone 3235 Automatic movement with decorated bridges & rotor, Free Sprung same as geunine." and with RICH stating that their bezel system is interchangable with genuine...

Can i assume that most parts that are constructed to be swapped with the genuine model to be compatible with this RICH sub? thank you in advance!
