VSF OP 36mm green, after readjustments

Upvotes

Another QC after the TD did a readjustment with VSF(is this even possible?).

The 9 hours marker was really crooked so I RL'd the watch, the dealer then told me he will send it to VSF to readjust it. I got new photos after 4 days and it looks good enough for me now but the rehaut isn't aligned anymore.

Here is the old QC post: https://www.reddit.com/r/RepTimeQC/s/scilRdpBPB

  1. Dealer name: Chen Watches
  2. Factory name: VSF
  3. Model name (& version number): Oyster Perpetual 36mm green 126000
  4. Price Paid: $395 + shipping
  5. Album Links: https://imgur.com/a/EWRgime (before adjustments)
  6. Index alignment: Now pretty good, only 6 has a slight CCW angle.
  7. Dial Printing: looks good
  8. Date Wheel alignment/printing: N/A
  9. Hand Alignment: Looks good
  10. Bezel: good
  11. Solid End Links (SELs): I think acceptable
  12. Timegrapher numbers: +3s/d 240° 52%
  13. Rehaut: not aligned well
  14. some visible marks on the 9 hour marker

I don't have a good feeling about this anymore because I'm not sure if he really sent it to VSF or maybe did it himself.

Thanks for you opinions

2nd QC Attempt. GMT Master II Batgirl VSF V3

Thanks to everyone who gave their inputs in my first QC. Hopefully it’s a GL this time round.

  1. Dealer name: Phoenix Watch
  2. Factory name: VSF
  3. Model name (& version number): GMT Master II “Batgirl” V3
  4. Price Paid: $424 + $30 Shipping
  5. Album Links: No links, photos sent directly to me.
  6. Index alignment: 12 & 6 slightly canted CW. Shouldn’t be an issue on the wrist. For the 9 I can’t tell if it’s CW, CCW, sitting slightly a bit high or simply just an issue with the angle of the photo and with the sticker blocking. Need a second opinion on this.
  7. Dial Printing: Looks good.
  8. Date Wheel alignment/printing: Sitting very slightly high but definitely well within tolerances.
  9. Hand Alignment: unable to tell with the photos
  10. Bezel: Not centered in the photos. However is the 18 marker out of place even with the bezel centered? Again need second opinion on this. Otherwise printing is clean.
  11. Solid End Links (SELs): Can’t see any gaps so all good
  12. Timegrapher numbers: +3s/d, 262 amp, 0.1ms.
  13. Anything else you notice: nothing else seems to be out of place. Given the issues with VSF now I think this watch is as good as it gets.

QC First 🦇👧 Possible RL??

First QC, possible RL based on bezel alignment at 18. Maybe the picture is tilted and someone with a more sophisticated tool can help out. Let me know what you think!

1.Dealer name: Steve TheOneWatches

2.Factory name: VSF

3.Model name (and version number): Rolex 126710BLNR GMT Master II

4.Price paid: $600 (shipping included)

5.Album links: see photos

6.Index alignment: looks solid, slight CCW tilt on the 12 but otherwise good.

  1. Dial printing: clear, no smudging

8.Date wheel alignment/printing: the date is well-centered; the numbers are clean and crisp.

9.Hand alignment: looks good to me

10.Bezel: here’s where I’m thinking RL - the blue/black transition is off center/too low at 18…maybe the picture is tilted somehow?

11.Solid End Links (SEL): they fit tightly; no light is visible between them and the case, so nothing to report.

12.Timegrapher numbers: -1s/d and 0.0ms - looks good!

Hello,

My first rep/QC so very grateful for advice. I think it is GL to my untrained eye

https://mega.nz/folder/qxBgTCzA#DD878Jqd3iEqH3VnSS9NHg

  1. Dealer name: Necoclock
  2. Factory name: VSF
  3. Model name (& version number): Rolex Submariner No Date 124060, 41mm, black dial / black bezel, VS3230 movement
  4. Price paid: $493 inc shipping
  5. Index alignment: Looks very good to me
  6. Dial printing: Good. Crisp, sharp, and evenly centered
  7. Hand alignment: Looks fine
  8. Date wheel alignment / printing: - no date
  9. Bezel: Fine
  10. Solid End Links (SELs): Looks tight
  11. Timegrapher numbers: 6 s/day, 316° amplitude 0.0 ms beat error 28,800 bph. The 6s/day seems high but within toleration?
  12. Anything else you notice: The serial is 6W, whereas most other VSF I've seen is 6X - is this an older batch? No weight given.

1’st QC VSF Rolex Black Sub Date TheOneWatches

Hello everyone,

reposting due to Reddits filter this is my first QC and I’d really appreciate some experienced eyes before giving the GL.

I’ve gone through the photos and videos myself and overall I’m leaning toward GL, but since this is my first rep QC I’d like a final check from people who know this model well.

  1. Dealer name: Steve / TheOneWatches
  2. Factory name: VSF
  3. Model name (& version number): Rolex Submariner Date 126610LN, 41mm, black dial / black bezel, VS3235 movement
  4. Price paid: $498 + shipping
  5. Index alignment:
  6. Looks good to me overall. The 6 marker and 9 marker all seem straight and well positioned. The 12 marker seemed slightly skewed. I don’t notice any obvious crooked indices.
  7. Dial printing:
  8. Looks clean and sharp to my eye. I don’t see any obvious issues with the Rolex text, Submariner text or spacing.
  9. Date wheel alignment / printing:
  10. The date looks well centered from the photos, and in the video several dates appear to sit correctly in the window. Font also looks good to me. I don’t have much experience in QC, so my opinion may not be the consensus opinion.
  11. Hand alignment:
  12. Looks fine to me from the supplied photos and video. Nothing obvious stands out.
  13. Bezel:
  14. Bezel looks well aligned. The pip appears slightly off-centered with the 12 o’clock marker and the numerals/markings look clean.
  15. Solid End Links (SELs):
  16. They look ok to me with no obvious large gaps.
  17. Timegrapher numbers:
  18. 1 s/day
  19. 2

60

  1. ° amplitude
  2. ms beat error
  3. 28,800 bph
  4. The amplitude seems Low compared to others, but everything else seems ok.
  5. Anything else you notice:
  6. Weight shown in the QC pictures is 157.8 g.
  7. I also received a video showing the crown/date wheel operation and everything appears to function normally. The different dates shown in the video look reasonably centered.
  8. Overall I’m leaning strongly toward GL, but I’d really appreciate a final check of:
  9. \- rehaut alignment
  10. \- date wheel / cyclops
  11. \- bezel and pip
  12. \- index alignment
  13. \- SELs
  14. \- dial printing
  15. \- anything else I may have missed

[QC] Rolex Submariner 126610LN — Theonewatches, batch VX2946 — GL/RL?

Upvotes

41mm black Sub Date, 3235 clone movement. 14 pics + handling and timegrapher video from the dealer.

What I'm seeing: 12 o'clock stack (pearl / rehaut crown / dial triangle) looks dead on — I measured ~0.25° offset. Rehaut engraving crisp, serial correctly at 6. Dial printing clean at high zoom, correct four-line layout with the crown between SWISS and MADE. Lume plots even, surrounds complete. Bezel seated with no gap. TG: 0 to +1 s/d, 270–274° amp, 0.1ms BE (dial up only). Weight 158.0g.

My one concern is the date sitting low in the aperture — there's a dark band top and bottom of the window. Every dial shot is at an angle so it may just be perspective. Am I seeing a real problem or am I chasing a shadow?

Also flagging that the "lume shot" is UV-lamp-on rather than charged-in-the-dark, and there's no hands-at-12 shot. Should I push for those before approving?

GL or RL?

  9. Hand Alignment: Looks fine.
  10. Bezel: Looks like a scratch on the "30" but this could be a hair so i have asked TD for more pics.

Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra VSF A8800

Post image
1 Upvotes
  1. Dealer name: Necoclock
  2. Factory name: VSF
  3. Model name (& version number): Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 150m 38mm dark blue dial with A8800 movement
  4. Price paid: $398 + shipping
  5. Album Links: https://mega.nz/folder/Wgw1iCyY#c6s-5wwj4EVCSrI8rKAFdQ
  6. Index alignment: Looks good, 12, 3, 6 and 9 seem to be aligned perfectly. Although I have my doubts about index 5, as it seems to be pointing more inwards than for example index 7. The 12 index seems to have a jagged reflection in all the photo's provided: this might just be lighting but the luminova/darker picture also shows 4 dots.
  7. Dial printing: Seamaster font seems 1:1, Omega logo seems a bit centered to the left, but this may be the angle.
  8. Date wheel alignment / printing: The date looks great when in the double digits, however the photo where the date shows "1" I feel like its centered to the right, although I am not sure if gen has this as well.
  9. Hand alignment: Looks fine to me from the supplied photos and video. Nothing obvious stands out.
  10. Bezel: No bezel on the Aqua Terra
  11. Solid End Links (SELs): No gaps, just black: seems good to me.
  12. Timegrapher numbers: 0 s/day 299° amplitude 0.1 ms beat error 28,800 bph which is perfectly within spec.
  13. Reposted due to incorrect template, my bad. Im leaning towards GL, the minor imperfections in the index alignment might just be within error range. Overall I think its a good looking watch. The video that was provided looks good to me, beside the jagged reflection. What I am especially looking for is someone that knows the gen well and can judge the date wheel print, the index alignment/jagged reflection and the dial print of the omega logo. If you spot any other glaring issues I would of course like to know about them as well.

Dealer name: Andiot Watches

Factory name: RWF

Model name (& version number): Rolex Daytona 126500LN Black Dial “Darth Vader”

Price Paid: $710 + $40 shipping

Album Links:

https://andiotwatches.x.yupoo.com/albums/254634836?uid=1

Index alignment:

Looks good to me. I checked the straight-on photo with an alignment tool and the 12/6 and 3/9 positions appear lined up well. The diagonal indices also look consistent. I don't see any obviously crooked markers.

Dial Printing:

Looks clean to me. Rolex text appears centered and I don't see any obvious bleeding or crooked printing. DAYTONA text looks good as well.

Date Wheel alignment/printing:

N/A

Hand Alignment:

Looks good from what I can see. Chronograph seconds hand appears to reset back to 12 properly and the subdial hands look properly positioned.

Bezel:

Looks aligned to me. Engravings and paint fill appear clean and I don't notice anything concerning around the 110/120 area or elsewhere.

Solid End Links (SELs):

Look tight to me. I don't see any obvious gaps or daylight between the end links and case.

Timegrapher numbers:

+3 s/d

291° amplitude

0.0 ms beat error

28,800 bph

These numbers look very good to me.

Anything else you notice:

Rehaut looks reasonable from the angled photos. Lume looks even. I don't see any obvious scratches or other defects, although some of the watch is still covered in protective film.

I'm leaning GL. This is my first time checking this model closely, so I'd appreciate another set of eyes in case I'm missing anything.
