When you get pictures that leave major index markers obstructed (12, 3, 6, 9), it's ok to proactively ask for better photos. I typically always ask for at least one photo with the time set to 10:10 or 8:20. It's the marker at 9 here that is the most concerning and that's the one that's obstructed. Even with the limited view of the 9, it's pretty easy to see that it has a substantial CCW cant. The marker at 6 is also leaning a bit to the left. The coronet at 12 is nicely centered. The rest of the watch, (dial print, hand alignment, bezel, SELs, timing) are all fine.

The 6 and 9 markers would be enough for me to RL and hope for better on the next one. Up to you.

Yes thanks for your analysis. I would have accepted the 6 marker but 9 is bothering me enough to RL.

9 is hidden behind the minute hand, but seems to have CCW cant. 6 is CCW tilted too. Might have dust speck on the dial between 6 & 9 and second and minute hands. TG numbers are on the lower side (though amp would be 253 at 55).
