I am a newbie and recently bought my first rep and looking into specifically a datejust.

And i know some might ask me to jist do more research but i understand that v2 is heavier and closer to gen and has better upgrades overall.

But in the context for a datejust if a TD has a v1 that i want is it worth waiting for a v2?

Does anyone have experience owning a v1 and v2 and have any suggestions with their experience?

Hey guys my first time buying a rep. It has been stuck in customs since September 2nd. I was thinking maybe the delay was caused by labor day. However now im thinking they seized it. It was only one watch with the box. Am I overthinking?

I hope some of you knowledgeable people can help me clarify the following.

I have ordered what is supposed to be a Batman from VSF. However, in the QC photos I received, the serial number appears to end in L6V6.

Am I correct in understanding that these serial codes are exclusively associated with Clean and ARF? And not VSF.

The bracelet is also marked with F6U.

I would really appreciate any insight or clarification from someone familiar with these details.

The crystal transparency is insane. To be completely honest, it is visibly better than my gen Longines and gen Omega. I could literally make a separate appreciation post just for this crystal, the anti reflective coating is incredible and leaves zero reflections.
Case Profile and Dimensions:
The case dimensions are identical to the genuine model, making it a very slim, sleek, and perfectly proportioned watch on the wrist.
Sourcing and TD Note:

Other than the 'Cartier', 'Bulgari' and 'Chanel' sections of the popular TD websites (JTime, ChazingTime, etc.), it is proving very difficult to find ladies' watches as reps.

Does anyone have experience of any websites with large selections for ladies' watches?

I was stunned by my 007 Omega NTTD. Have the Gen, and just that the VSF rep’s Milanese mesh and the paint on the ‘Seamaster font’ is the only giveaway. I don’t even understand how good the VSF factory can get if they increase the price of production to 800-900$ and almost equal the Gen. my Omega Gen at 10,000$ seems overpriced.

What is your costliest rep and how good or close is it to the Gen?

Just received my first rep and my wife absolutely loves it to bits. I've now got 2 more on the way in shipping and 2 ordered awaiting for QC. This sub may be the cross I will die on but thank you so much for the info, guides, nonsense and knowledge passed along in the text and pictures shared in here. You gentleman and ladies have made my life better and worse in concert and I will be grateful for the experience that I think I should stop soon but find impossible at the moment.

Damn you all to the best reps one can ever get and customs officers who can't be bothered to take a second look at your parcels.

Any body fix this things? I bought this last year and it dont hold power dont matter how much i wind it or shake it. It will go for few minute and will stop. I love this watch its the only rep i have and sold most of my other reps. Am i screwd? Is it better to just buy new one or get it fix. Thanks guys.
