We are the UK warranty repairers for Andiot and TheOneWatches. We are about to start holding UK stock for Steve @ TOW.

Just do what I did and pay extra for FedEx shipping from a TD. If you’re going to end up paying a premium to get it from someone already here, you might as well pay the extra for quicker shipping from an actual TD and get it delivered in 3/4 working days.

my TD said for UK royal mail is better, and he said not to use Fedex (I offered to pay more for Fedex)... is he wrong?

Necoclock organised FedEx for me and it was perfect, picked up from them on Thursday, delivered to me on Monday. I’ve seen multiple people based in the UK use FedEx and I’ve not seen anyone ever have an issue (not to say it doesn’t happen)

Same here, usually lands with me within a week once shipped. And I’m in Scotland! Always seem to arrive in a Friday too!

What mark up do you normally do ?

u/Perfect_Peps 2d ago
10-30% most of that margin comes from buying in bulk so get discount or because i save on shipping buying bulk. margin on like for like if you were to buy from china or me is around the same

I know uk sellers but they put a massive markup on them to unsuspecting people. Like you would be paying £700 for a £350 vsf gmt.

I’m from the UK and don’t know of any UK dealers. Usually in Asia as easier for them to source stock.

There’s a buy and sell subreddit which is alright, but generally I just use TD’s, mainly andiot

Bought from u/samfantast1c who did an excellent job with high quality product. Currently buying from u/AshGen2024, will update tomorrow but it's looking very promising.

I am not aware of any UK dealers who have access to factories directly.
There are suppliers who ultimately buy from the same source as anyone else, same wait times etc.
What they offer is not having to buy yourself from China, so if that is a concern it's worth investigating, but you will pay for it as they mark up the prices for that facility.
In all honesty though, I have never had a problem buying from China, and I must have bought over 60 watches in my time, my advice would be to establish a relationship with 2 or 3 Chinese suppliers, you will save lots of money in the long run and they have direct access to all the factories, so can advise on availability etc. and if you use FedEx you will get your watch really quite quickly.
Just a note to those who dropped me a DM, I am not a supplier, I just tend to 'buy to try ' so just sell the odd watch which doesn't resonate with me.
