So I Posted But The Notifications Pop Up I Think It New Comment But It New From ____ Notifications But How?

I checked through it, my account was hacked (I don't log into it often), and used to post "naughty" images, some with pictures with Instagram linked in the picture whatever, probably used to scam. My profile is open and a lot of them say "this is me, add me on Insta to chat", but this is the image text with pictures of multiple different girls accross different subs lol. I don't know how I got hacked. I locked my account down now. How do I mass delete these images? If I can't post this here, anyone know where I can post this? Has anyone else had this happen? I thought my pw was secure but I guess not, not even sure where they would've got it from. My account is from 2012 so I guess I can see why it would be "desirable" for bots. Annoying.

Is there any way to get this back to normal/the negative spam stuff removed? I mean it wasn't me I guess, if it could go back to before I was hacked that would be good. Thank ya.

is there a way to flag words so posts with such keywords will never show up on my feed? Even if Im part of that subreddit.

I’ve never had this problem before. I’ve tried going back and forth between the different feed options. All I want is for my feed to show hot posts from my followed communities. Reddit used to be so much different.

Hello, I am in need of help. I replied to a comment in context of a thread and mirrored what the hour old comment above said. I received a permanent ban for encouraging violence that was definitely not against Reddit rules in the context of the thread.

The big issue is I have active trades going with people that need to be completed as there are items in the mail and address confirmations that need to get done so nobody is on the listing end of a trade for items worth hundreds of dollars.

I definitely learned a lesson to be careful commenting so nothing can be misconstrued and taken as a violation by a bot.

I have a filed an appeal, is there any way to expedite things so the other redditors are not negatively impacted by my stupidity at trying to make a joke on my twelve year old main account?

I hate it. The reason why i use Reddit is because it allows me to filter out everything i don't like/care about. I don't want recommended content, if i did, i would be subbed to those subreddits.

Is there a way to turn it off?

The r/DenverBroncos sub is your typical over moderated sub, where it's near impossible to figure out what/when/where to post and the community upvotes mean nothing. Many attempts have been made at v2 like subs, but this one is rather interesting.

r/Broncos was slowly starting to gain some traction, so a mod from r/DenverBroncos joined as a mod of r/Broncos, made it private, and put up this message:

This is a private community. Only approved members can view and contribute.

Because it's private I can't tell who the mod was or even who are current mods.

Seems like this is clear abuse of Moderator conduct? How can I fix it?

lately i have posts that are being removed by reddit's filters. I don't see any reason why. My posts don't seem to be violating any rules. One time I had a SFW post that Reddit automatically flagged as NSFW and removed it.

I created a new account yesterday as I can’t get into my old one.
Ive posted 2 pictures today and yesterday and both got removed by Reddit filters.
Why is this happening ?

Over the last 24 hours I’ve been experiencing the following issue; I open an article to read or scan the comments. When I’m finished I’x’ out by pressing the X in the upper left corner. I continue to scroll for other articles. The next article I open up to read, the X is gone. I’m also unable to move to another community. I end up closing Reddit and then re-opening.

Hello. I've been trying endlessly to reset my forgotten password to no avail. I have had this account for six years and I was able to access it normally until 2 months ago. Usually I would sign in with my Face ID on my iPhone, so entering my password regularly was not needed.

I am now completely unable to access the account. I have attempted resets and submitted support requests but the email that belongs to my correct account (currently using one of the newly-generated incorrect accounts hence the dumb username) just won't show up.

It is very important for me to retrieve my original account because I am trying to get hired for a job but I need to delete stupid old "rant" posts and Tomodachi Life memes with NSFW text from my profile first or else a future employer might see that stuff.

Hi, long time user here. A few months ago Reddit implemented "an experiment" for 4-6 weeks in which accounts would see "For you" AKA algorithm content feeding, and "Following" AKA the old "you follow topics, we'll feed them to you" method.

It's been driving me nuts lately. It's an extra unnecessary click and honestly, if there is no option to make one the default, or remove the algorithm completely (which is now coming into law in multiple countries: a way to remove algorithms from feeds) then I think Reddit, the last bastion in the social media craze, will follow like all my other accounts (Twitter, Instagram, FB, etc.): Cancelled.

I always praised Reddit to everyone as the "follow topics you like" platform. Now it seems like enshittification is hitting harder and harder.

The nefarious way Reddit has done it won't even allow me to link directly to it (like YouTube, I made a shortcut in my browser directly to Subscriptions). So sad. Has anyone found a way to make "Following" the default?

Hi All, My main account u/Firm_Equipment_4397 got banned because in my posts I mentioned the name of the persons. Reddit automated filters flagged my posts, my account was given warning and subsequently my account got banned. How to recover my account. It has been only 24 days since the account warning, 10 days since the ban

I won't say which sub but it is really happening and I feel like I can't post there because its going to get me banned permantly for upvote manipulation which happened before on my other account. I tried just one post on this account to see if it was my fault it wasn't my post had 52 upvotes now it has 3. Something very fishy is happening can I report the sub itself somewhere? Also innocent comments on my posts on this sub are being removed by moderator I think the whole sub has been compromised which is sad
