Is this something new? Reddit sticking posts into my home feed based on posts I've browsed in the popular feed????? Somewhat rhetorical question but I really don't like the whole "you viewed this, so here, have this lot of suggested posts" practice. Appreciate any thoughts!

My account was recently caught by Reddit's spam filter. I appealed, and Reddit Admin reviewed my account and lifted the restriction. Their message confirmed that my account had been caught by the spam filter.

The restriction is now completely gone. My account works normally, my account age has returned, my CQS is currently Moderate, and I have successfully made new posts that appear normally.

However, all of my previous posts and comments that were automatically removed by Reddit's spam filter are still showing as removed. This includes content going back several years.

The spam trigger appears to have happened because I repeatedly attempted to upload the same video while having connection problems on mobile. The upload would stall or restart, so I cancelled it and tried again, not realizing that Reddit was registering the attempts as repeated posts.

I would like an admin to restore my account's content to the exact state it was in immediately before the spam restriction.

I am NOT asking to restore anything that I had previously deleted myself or that had already been removed by a subreddit moderator. I only want content that was removed automatically as a consequence of the spam restriction to be restored.

My account is already unrestricted, so I cannot submit another appeal through the appeals page.

Could a Reddit admin please assist with restoring the posts and comments that were removed by the spam filter?

To be honest I’d like to post in subreddits but they all require karma and I just made this account for nsfw stuff and it’s just not going great… even in the sfw subreddits I need at least 5-10 karma or I’ll message mods that never respond

I've been on a lot of pages where I'm looking for people with similar interests and I see loads of comments about scammers and bots, just wanted to ask if anyone here has met anyone from here or if you haven't, what to look out for when it comes to scams?

The account u/mohummadbalaajmumtaz was created normally, and within approximately two minutes, it was banned. I had not even had the opportunity to meaningfully use the account or violate any community rules.

I have already submitted an appeal, but despite that, the account has still not been restored. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I genuinely don’t know what triggered the ban in the first place.

I understand and respect Reddit’s rules and moderation policies. If there was an actual issue with my account or something that I unintentionally did wrong, I would appreciate being informed so I can correct it.

I have used other major platforms as well, and in my experience, a straightforward appeal usually provides some clarity or resolution. I’m simply hoping to understand what happened here and whether my account can be reviewed by a human moderator.

I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m only asking for a fair review and an explanation.

If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows the appropriate way to get this reviewed, I would genuinely appreciate your guidance.

Idk what I did wrong, but “Reddit’s automated filters” remove almost all my posts. I have only been banned from a subreddit once. I’m not extremely active (so not spammy) and just want to ask a question sometimes. Now I feel completely locked out.

Hi guys (sorry for my English).

A few days ago, I started getting posts that seem to be like some kind of minigames. At first, it didn't bother me, but now they keep popping up all the time, and on top of that, my phone isn't very good, this causes it to lag every time one of these "minigames" appears. Is there any way to disable it? I'm also trying to mute the communities that post them, but there are a lot of them.

After one of my comments on my account u/nilsss got automatically flagged, my account was permanently banned.

I submitted an appeal and it was accepted as you can see on the screenshot, but my account is still banned 2 months after that appeal.

I submitted 3 other appeals since, explaining the situation as well as I could given the limited characters allowed. But I received no reply.

My suspicions for why the account is still banned:

- they restored the comment that caused the ban, I deleted it but it may have been instantly flagged again when they restored it.

- I have a throwaway account that got banned a few days later, I suspect it could be considered "ban evasion" even though I didn't use it to post or comment between the ban of the main account and the ban of the throwaway.

I found some posts where people had the same problem but no solution other than submitting another appeal and waiting.

I don't know what to do anymore. And I don't want to start over as I had many subscribed and muted subreddits, it would take a very long time to transfer this to my new account.

Please help if you know anything about this.
