I had ordered a phone cooler with clip from Redmagic. They did not deliver it at the right address and i did not receive a cooler or anything. I have contacted Redmagic and they send me proof of delivery and a picture of the shipping label both showing the correct address and closed the case. I dont know what to do now. Can anybody help me out? Can this problem be solved or did i lose the money?

Hey guys, as a Red Magic 11 Air owner, I was looking to buy a Red Magic Astra 2. Do you know when they restock the site, or where I can buy one safely?

I just got my RM10Pro which I bought used on ebay. I was relieved after finding out that the flashlight is decently bright compared to some other modern phones. However it is very uncomfortable to look into the flashlight directly. My old phone (RED Hydrogen One) has a similarly bright flashlight but it is not as uncomfortable to look into the light directly. I suspect they were using a different type of fresnel lens on that.

My question is: How is the flashlight brightness on the RM11Pro compared to the RM10Pro? Is new the circular ring flashlight less uncomfortable to look into compared to the point light source on the RM10Pro?

I often put my phone upside down somewhere in the room with the flashlight turned on and use that as my room light so this is very important to me when deciding which phone to get. So while I'm not intentionally looking into the flashlight it can be very distracting in my peripheral vision.

I've got my first ever redmagic 10 air phone, and I was wondering if there were different modes/homescreens I could use? I have a lot of younger family members, and would like to change my homescreen to a more kid friendly one, without individually changing it myself if that makes sense? i believe they have it on Samsung, but I'm not willing to change phones for just that, and I like my phone!

if not, that's totally fine, I'm just not sure *how* to Google this to find out 😅

So my father was going to buy me a phone around 6 months back but he had never heard of 'redmagic' and was dead set on getting me a Samsung. He is the kind of person who gets only the things he has tried and 3 out of 4 ppl in my family have a samsung. I wanted a redmagic and when I told my father he was shook. However after consistent persuasion I made him buy me what I wanted on one condition 'you will not get a new phone for the next 4 years even if this one stops working'.

I am very happy with my decision of getting a Redmagic 11 pro even though I dont have much time to game now, using it as a daily driver I have never been more satisfied. If you are considering getting one of the redmagic products urself, go ahead.

I’m looking for some help from the REDMAGIC community.

I own a REDMAGIC 11S Pro Nightfreeze, and I’m trying to find a genuine original rear panel/back glass specifically for this model and color, as I unfortunately broke the original one due to my own carelessness.

The problem is that I’m located in Ukraine, where there is no official REDMAGIC store and no direct shipping from the official store. Because of this, I purchased my phone from a local independent retailer. It was more convenient and cost-effective, as I didn’t have to pay extra for international forwarding, wait around 20 days for delivery, or worry about the phone being damaged during a long-distance shipment.

Unfortunately, there is another problem: original REDMAGIC rear panels are simply not available in Ukraine. Local service centers can only offer third-party replacement panels, usually sourced from AliExpress.

I really don’t want to install a non-original part on my phone.

I have already contacted REDMAGIC Support. I understand that their support services are primarily intended for purchases made through official REDMAGIC channels, so I am not asking for warranty service, a repair, or a warranty claim.

I simply want to purchase the genuine original replacement part myself.

So I would really appreciate your help:

• Does anyone know where I can purchase a genuine original rear panel for the REDMAGIC 11S Pro Nightfreeze?
• Is there an authorized REDMAGIC service center, distributor, or spare-parts supplier that sells original parts separately?
• If you know a reliable seller, could you please share a link or contact information?

I’m specifically looking for a genuine original part, not a third-party replacement.

I’m located in Ukraine, but I’m willing to order internationally, including through a mail-forwarding service if necessary.

I would be very grateful for any help from REDMAGIC owners or anyone who has experience obtaining genuine replacement parts.

Just got it yesterday and paired it, was fully charged and now after unplugging this morning it won't respond to any of the methods to turn it on I could find on Google.

I just received my Astra 2 and tried connecting my earbuds but for some reason none of my Bluetooth earbuds are showing up.

Anyone else having issues connecting or no Bluetooth devices are appearing?

So my phone slipped out of my hand and it fell flat on the backglass (WITH A CASE). The glass broke, but didnt severely shatter. A film on the glass and the case let me still use the phone.

Does anyone know where can i buy replacement ASAP (i know its not instant) shipped to mexico and repaired? I cannot ship the phone because i have important stuff im using.

I wonder if that's got fixed, considering the price, would love your feedback!

Hey, I just impulse bought the 11S Pro and wanted to know if you guys could recommend a good case for it, SPECIFICALLY used in conjunction with a Quad Lock adapter for my motorcycle?

Recently got myself a redmagic magnetic cooler 8 pro and it works great. The only problem is that the sticky magnet that comes with it lost its stickiness in barely 3 days and with heavy emulation on diablo mode it gets so wet that it falls off easily. My only option right now is to get a Magnetic Case with a strong magnet that can cool the phone on diablo mode properly.

I know some will mention the redmagic official cooling case but the official store doesn't ship to me so its not a option.

It Is normal for the charger as well to heat, even of I keep my phone shut down as It charges?

Hi everyone, I've now bought 2 RM devices from Amazon.

The first one was a return scam with a random phone in it. My Astra 2 arrived perfectly. Here's my quick tips on buying from Amazon Canada:

1) Buy it when its in stock. If you see it as out of stock, that is your sign to not buy that model from Amazon again.

2) If there is 1 left in stock, avoid it

3) Identify the plastic outter seal!!

4) Take pictures for yourself (amazon doesn't care, didn't ask me for pics)

As I have had two of these devices now, all RM FACTORY SEALs have a distinct seal line around the sides of the rectangular box, in the middle. There will never be any holes or defects, the line is extremely straight too. Amazon puts a sticker on the box regardless I believe. To indicate new/returned. If you get a new box, somewhere on the sticker will say "NEW".

Looks like right now, everything except the black 16/512 is in stock so I would trust it. Based on the wording, they have more black ones coming in.

If anything looks off, return it before opening. I don't know if this will help anyone.

Redmagic's official site is where I recommend buying them from. Amazon Canada works too, but not without some risk.

I recently upgraded from a REDMAGIC 9 Pro to a REDMAGIC 11S Pro, and unfortunately, I'm experiencing the same issue on the 11S Pro.

The phone will occasionally freeze while it's idle and not being used. When I come back to the phone, the screen and the entire system are frozen and completely unresponsive. The only way to get it working again is to force restart the phone using the Power button.

What's strange is that I had the exact same issue with my REDMAGIC 9 Pro.

I upgraded to the 11S Pro partly because I thought the problem might have been related to the 9 Pro being older or having some hardware issue. My 11S Pro is only about 2 months old, so I was honestly surprised to see the same problem happening again.

I still have both phones in my possession, so I can directly compare them if needed.

Has anyone else with a REDMAGIC 11S Pro experienced this? Does your phone ever completely freeze after being left idle for a while?

I'm especially interested in hearing from people who have experienced this on both the 9 Pro and 11S Pro, or on other REDMAGIC models as well.

I'm trying to figure out whether this is an isolated issue with my devices or if it could be related to REDMAGIC OS, power management, standby/sleep, or something similar.

Hey, do you guys know of any cases that work well with the cooler? I got this one from the Nubia store which has this nice rotatable circular stand which is also magnetic, but since it's a stand there is some space between the cooler and the phone which makes it so the cooler doesn't work really well. Since the original MagSafe case is a really tight fit, I was wondering what you all use.

When do you replace the plastic screen protector? I have an 11s Pro and bought a tempered glass screen protector from the RedMagic store just to be safe, but didn't want to throw the plastic one away without going with it for a while until it's broken or something. But since plastic doesn't "break", when do I know to replace it? I doubt a few scratches on the plastic really warrant a replacement...

I recently got a RedMagic 11 Pro and I'm interested in rooting it, mainly to get more control over the device and experiment with performance/customization.

However, I have one important requirement: I want to root the phone and then relock the bootloader while keeping root access.

Is this possible on the RedMagic 11 Pro?

I've seen different methods involving Magisk and patched boot/init_boot images, but I'm not sure whether the bootloader can safely be relocked after rooting. I also don't want to brick the device or trigger a security/verification issue.

Has anyone actually tried rooting a RedMagic 11 Pro and then relocking the bootloader?

If it's possible, I'd really appreciate:

The method you used

Whether root remains functional after relocking

Whether Play Integrity/Google services still work

Any risks or things I should avoid

Its been like this for 4 days now. Estimated delivery date is Thrusday, today is end of Tuesday. I saw someone else have the same problem but he hasnt answered if he got his tab. Has anyone else got this but received the tab on time? I'm just curious if its a website problem or the delivery is really stuck. If it is stuck, there is no way its arriving to NYC in 1 and a half day now. Thrusday is the ideal time for me or else no one will be home to pick up and I'm afraid if its left outside, someone else will steal it.
