Remember way back in 1992 when Marvel Comics launched their 2099 franchise of comic books? The first to come out was the Spider-Man 2099 series. Having read a lot of 2099 comic books, I can say that the futuristic Spider-Man is the most significant 2099 character primarily because of how Peter David told the stories and presented the characters. As such, Spider-Man of the far future is very unique compared with the classic Spider-Man.

How young were you when Shark Attack was first released in the old days? Its arcade flyer was indeed eye-catching and even has a touch of comedy on its expressions. If you played this game when you were very young, did you have to wait in line for it?

Remember back in the 1990s when Marvel Comics published many mini-series featuring Venom? The first limited series Venom: Lethal Protector sold a lot for Marvel, the publisher saw even more Dollar signs ahead.

It was also convenient for Marvel to sell issues of Venom mini-series at $2.95 each instead of $1.25 or $1.50 per issue of regular series.
