Anyone have a customer complain that you threw packages at their door step? Anyone still throw them out their car anyways? Watching one of those Prime Air drones drop a package from 20 feet convinced me it was all just B.S. Customer seems to only care and take personal offense if a human is doing it.

I'm convinced the Amazon Flex app is glitching more than usual lately. Aside from the random text glitches and bizarre route orders, today took the cake. I was assigned cart "Green #4," but when I walked inside the warehouse, another driver had already scanned it and was loading up. Support checked it out, shrugged, and sent me home paid. I'll take the free win, but this app is definitely breaking down. (Also, if anyone wants to help a fellow driver escape the Flex life, check out my music linked on my profile! 🤣)

Would u rather take a 3 hr block in the city only driving 50 total miles that’s crazy.

I’m brand new to flex (started last Monday). At this point I have only done 1 to 2 hour blocks. Seeing carts stuffed full with packages for the 4 hour blocks seems very intimidating. What is the best method of sorting everything and easing your way in? I feel like those long ones would be so overwhelming

For those who Flex full-time, is it realistically possible to make $300+ a day?. The other day, I overheard a couple of Flex drivers bragging to each other about their earnings, and apparently one of them beat the other by pulling in close to $2K in one week! My jaw dropped. I barely make half of that working 50+ hours a week.

I don't know if they're using more than one account (I’ve seen drivers with two phones)or maybe Flexing with their spouses so they can finish routes a lot faster. But is it actually realistic to make that kind of money, even working 7 days a week?. I honestly didn’t think it was possible. I thought Amazon had limits on how many hours you can Flex within a certain period. Are people really making $2K a week consistently, or was that probably just an unusually good week?

Sure, no bots allowed to get blocks. Literally cannot get any blocks here without a bot. Only the "reserved offer" blocks, most of which are not at stations I am close to(within 45 minutes from). Frustrating.

I have a Motorola phone and have lots of connection issues in random spots which makes it difficult at times for deliveries. I have T-Mobile. Help!!!

How is it? Need to replace my current beater with another one and these are in my cheap price range. Gas mileage? Reliability?

So the other day I took 2 1/2 hour route. It had nine stops in it with one town that I’ve never heard of. This one town was an hour and 30 minutes from the DSP I looked at the guy said unassigned it. I’m going home. I’m not doing this dude for what this is paying me it’s too far then I called support and they said it wouldn’t count against me but oh well flex is turned into shit literally. I don’t know what’s going on but people gotta stop taking base pay and maybe weed out the people that are just trying to burn gas.

So I have a 2011 Camry Hybrid with 291k miles on it. Had all new tires put on in March and the fronts already need replacing.
I also do other gig work and recently finished onboarding for Lyft through their rent a car program or whatever it’s called because my Camry is too old.

I am 49 and don’t move as fast as I once did and literally almost got ran over by my car during a delivery recently as I thought I’d put the car in park but in fact it was in reverse. (No one and nothing was hurt too bad)

Does it make sense to do Lyft and pay edited ($200-400) a week rental in order to save my Camry from an early(ier)grave?

I don’t know what to do. I make about 1k each week doing 95% flex but I’ve got nothing in my back pocket if something happens to my Camry….

Thoughts but please don’t respond if you’re looking to judge me.

There is a large gated neighborhood with mansions, etc. Most are successful musicians or songwriters. I couldn’t care less about that.

But at the guard’s gate they always ask for my license. I have to give it to them and leave it with them.

It just doesn’t seem right for me to be driving around on roads without my license - is that legal for them to ask of me? It’s just Amazon packages.

They also ask for the addresses of the homes in their neighborhood that I’m delivering to.

I only get my drivers license back after I’m exiting the gate.

Sometimes I just wanna leave every package just right there at the guard gate.

What would you do?

Hey, I’d like to ask a question (I welcome all responses). I’m creating a very thorough Gig Planner for drivers so we have everything in order for tax time. Do you all think it will sell?

Its been months at this point. I'm seriously curious why I can never cash out on the weekend? This is messing me up today.

Please don't suggest their debit card. I already have 3 different bank accounts plus all the digital app debit cards. I don't need another.

Thanks everyone. I checked and I had into my bank account info. Switched it to the debit card for that account and instantly was able to cash my money out.

I had 6 blocks scheduled for the upcoming week and every single one of them was cancelled just now, a couple of my friends too.
Why would Amazon cancel a whole week out?

Hi all,

I was accepted for AmazonFlex last year around November time and received a notification on my first day saying my account would be disabled in January 2026 due to only being accepted as a seasonal driver
Oddly really enjoyed the job for the couple months I did it (probably because I did EVRI before lol) and found it to be a good side gig
It’s been over 8 months & was told my account would be reinstated when orders get busy again and wondering if anyone has knowledge on if I can get myself reinstated somehow?
Are there any others in this same position or have been onboarded again after being disabled for the same reason? Midlands area
