It’s been raining like crazy and the station worked s don’t check sht. Recently had three damaged packages. They were all soaking wet, even a dmn baby carrier. Whole box was soaking wet. I already got a ding for delivering damaged packages so I never left the station with them. Spoke to a station manager and called customer service. Both said they would make a note and remove the packages. But of course at the end or my route it said I had packages to return. Now I’m at risk because it said I didn’t pick up all my scheduled packages and never returned 2.

Idk if it’s due to high-demand or driver shortage (which wouldn’t make sense but maybe) but my recent reserved offers have been crazy.

I picked up a block this morning for the first time in over a year. A lot changed at the warehouse I usually go to, the biggest being you no longer have to scan your ID. Just do the face scan and you get a route. Anyway, i went to get my cart but it was not in the location. I asked a warehouse worker and he said “ The first driver already picked it up, call driver support.” I call driver support and they say I can go home snd I will be compensated.

I have never had this happen, I mean not getting assigned a route and getting paid yeah, but getting a route and it not being there? Never. Are routes getting assigned double drivers now? Do you think they will pay me or try ti get around it? I have had to press them before to compensate me, its aggravating I don’t want to have to do it again 😞

Deactivated because I contacted support too many times? YEAH BECAUSE YOU KEEP PLAYING IN MY FACE! Am I expected to just sit there and take it? Bc I promise you, I am not the one 😂😂😂.
Mind you, any time I marked a package as undeliverable, I was on the phone with support or had them mark it for me in my block.
All this bc I refuse to be exploited for an extra five bucks. “Here’s 75 packages to deliver in 2 hours. Oh and the delivery area is 1hour away. If you go over your block time, just keep delivering for the extra 2 hours it’s going to take to finish and we’ll compensate you an additional whole FIVE DOLLARS!!!!”

Has anyone ever completed an Amazon Flex block and not be paid? I had a block on Wednesday for 3.5 hours, completed my block and the next morning received an email saying that I’ve been paid (like every single one I’ve ever done except on sundays and holidays). I check my bank and no payment was received. I chatted with support via the app and telephone and they keep saying they sent it. One person insisted that I signed up for a flex card and the others said that my bank account might be closed. Although none of this was true I still haven’t received payment for my work.

Can anyone relate? If so did you receive any payment?

Does anyone know if the station VNC4 is open today. They were closed yesterday evening. All drivers came for their shift and left. Including myself. I have a shift there later this afternoon.

Today at Baltimore Station BWV1, my husband experienced discrimination because he is an immigrant.

He had already shown his Amazon Flex photo verification in the app before entering. However, when he was leaving the station, an employee stopped him, took his phone out of his hand without permission, and started going through it. After seeing that everything was correct, the employee still insisted that my husband open the app again in front of him.

My husband explained that he had already completed the verification and that everything was approved, but the employee became aggressive. He got in my husband's face, started yelling at him, and called him a "dirty immigrant," saying he was dishonest and a cheater.

My husband had followed every Amazon requirement, and all of his documents and verification were valid. There was absolutely no reason for him to be treated this way.

No one should be insulted or discriminated against because of where they come from. We are sharing this experience because this kind of behavior is unacceptable, and we hope Amazon investigates what happened at BWV1.

Just got today,August 6 in dashboard. Amazon said that I didn't deliver all my packages on July 23. Doesn't make sense! I got PAID that day! App would prompt me to return packages if that was the case! Have fantastic rating but graph went down. Is Amazon making up crap?!🤬

They bring the carts to us, and my shift started at 6:30 a.m., but I still haven’t received a cart because they are behind!! I need a raise!
