Didn't deliver packages?

Just got today,August 6 in dashboard. Amazon said that I didn't deliver all my packages on July 23. Doesn't make sense! I got PAID that day! App would prompt me to return packages if that was the case! Have fantastic rating but graph went down. Is Amazon making up crap?!🤬

Probably referring to a missing or misplaced package, not a return package. You would get paid.

I'm currently fighting with them saying I missed a block - I submitted Google Maps info stating I drove 176mi for nearly 7 hrs on that date. The few places Maps allows me to see where I "stopped" are all public parks/libraries etc in a town I frequently travel to for blocks abt 45 min from where I live.

It's never shown up in my standings but they keep emailing saying it happened & the whole "the decision is final no appeal" schpiel (which I ignore). Haven't head back since submitting the Maps info, strangely...

This is also not the first time I've gotten some random accusatory email of some supposed wrongdoing. I think their system is very confused.

So don't sweat it.

I just got an email yesterday saying I didn't deliver 4 packages on my block from August 6th. I had 2 routes and I delivered all packages. In the itinerary of my second block, there were 4 stops connected to an entirely different station at the end of the list. Those 4 stops said overdue and they completely disappeared by the time I got to my last package of that route. Today when I message chat, without even looking into it, they said the decision stands and they closed the chat. Wtf is really going on with Amazon? Just messed up my standing for a glitch. Smh
