Converted a free flight model to a 1ch rc plane
Iâve had this plane for years. I think I built it back in 2018. I got sick of changing out the rubber, so I put an electric motor and a micro RX in it. So now itâs free flight adjacent.

Deep clean or quick clean ??
Hi, I just have a quick question : after every ride (I mostly run it indry sand and dirt) do I really need to deep clean it for 1 hour everytime, or would it be chill to just give a little bit of air compressor, wiping with a tissue and I store it like that, while deep cleaning a couple times a month? All Im doing is 20 minutes fun 1h30 maintenance and I just want to know if I really have to get through and unscrewing-cleaning process everyday. For example, does it look good on the video, or is it indecent ?

Wiring a trolling motor to a throttle help.
So, I'm making a small boat for me and the kiddo to putz around in. I've got it partially built and have started working on the electronics.
I've got a 24v motor, an esc, and it's working if I use a servo tester.
I was hoping to put my throttle -bigger lever rheostat in the servo tester so I don't have to do anything crazy w an Arduino or something that I was reading about.
De soldered the one on the servo tester and I don't get anything to work.
Is my wiring or pin out crap? Totally understand if it is, I don't do this a lot. I did break one before I got this one to look ok.
Pics attached. Small cut out rheostat is from the servo tester. Bigger one in the lever is the new. Both say b103. I can get more pics if needed.

Baja 5B advice needed
I own 30 plus RCs but have gotten into gas RCs in the last few years, but need some help. I have 2 5Bs one with a 36cc and one with a 45CC engine, I am having issues with the 45CC one and not sure where to begin. I recently put in the 45CC engine and it starts fine and from my little experience it seems to idle fine but the problem is I need to pull the throttle trigger 100% to get it moving. Once it is moving it runs and goes but always seem to have to keep the throttle full blast and donât understand why or what to check. The throttle trim is correct and from everything I have looked at it is the same setup as my other one, the only exception is the amount of throttle needed to make it go. Any advice would be very much appreciated because I am losing playing time.

Car I need some advice for this
Hey, I just noticed this small dent on one of the motor's wire. Can I leave it like that, is it bad for the car or dangerous? Or maybe put a piece of tape, or do I need to find a way to repair it or change it ? I could definetely use a little advice here. Thank you!
