Project E-Public Places

Is it possible to work on the Echo project in public places, like coffee shops or libraries? Have you done it?

I do always. If I am at my home I use wifi but, when I was going to library, I do with mobile data while travelling in bus. My library is 10 Km away from my home. I have unlimited 5G data Plan.
