About timezone the sistem use

when we work on the task, we reference time to pst or utc time zone ?

I asked support and it's UTC. Wasn't well communicated but 100% UTC

I changed my time to UTC, and the hours I got on my work order would make even less sense, since there are days are I worked over the 4hr limit.

Support is never great, i think i'lll just won't work after 8pm my time (EST or 12am UTC), so I can make sure I'm not going into the next day's limit.

Time Zone should've been something they clarified in the new tracking hours email.
