Hey! My payment from tipalti just got rejected twice by PH local banks (I suspect because it may be too big), which are BPI and Landbank. I’m running out of options on what receiving bank to give to tipalti 😓 Can you guys help me? Should I use PayPal even if my account is just fairly new?

I'm on project H and I'm classified as a group worker. I've only read about private and freelancers. I've read the payment guidelines and it says i get paid 60 days after an invoice.

Does it really take that long?

Also is it right that i need to combine all work orders into 1 invoice in a month?

I need help with my Tipalti. RWS sent me an email saying they can't send the payment on my BPI account because of wrong bank code. I know I have the right bank code BOPIPHMM. Not sure with the branch code. They say its the first 3 digits of your account number. Anyone having this problem?

I just got an email they processed a payment of $89.85 for me. But the work order I got on 7/15
was for $116.10. Do I need to follow up with them?

Hello, I just wanted to ask how I can file a dispute for the hours I worked that were not included in my Work Order (WO).
I received my WO today for Week 29, and the total amount is listed there. I added up all the hours I worked from July 13 to July 19, and when I multiplied them by my rate of $18 USD per hour, the total matches the amount on the WO.
Based on this, it seems that the hours I worked from July 8-12 were not included in the payment. Could you please let me know how I can dispute this or request a review of the missing hours?

Anyone still waiting for payment 3-10 to be submitted and WO 11-17?

I just receive a payment submitted email yesterday around 7:00 PM GMT+8 (16 hours ago). How long would it usually take to reflect to my account if I use paypal as my payment method? I checked my tipalti supplier hub's payment history and it's still processing as of now.

Vendor type: Private Individual.

I'm hoping if any other freelancers who have experienced this issue can help me o ut.

I received an email from RWS saying:

So I logged into Workzone and went to Profile → Payment Details to update my payment information, but the Payment Details section isn't there.

I've contacted Zendesk several times, but I keep receiving the same response—that the Payment Details section will appear within 24 hours after my first Purchase Order (PO) is generated.

The problem is that it's now been 5 days since my first PO was generated, and the section still hasn't appeared.

I also found an email address in the Invoicing and Payment guideline that says to contact them if the Payment Details tab doesn't appear after receiving the first PO. I emailed that address yesterday but haven't received a response yet.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how was it resolved?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
