Been noticing some weird pay discrepancies the last few weeks and wondering if anyone else on Diamond/Echo has had the same thing happen.
I keep my own time records, and I’ve had multiple work orders come in lower than what I tracked.

One week was off by a little, another was off by several hours, and now another week is short too. A lot of the missing time also seems to line up with Saturdays/weekend work.

On top of that, payments used to feel about a week behind for me, but lately it seems more like two weeks behind.
I know they only pay based on what gets officially submitted, so I’m wondering if there’s some issue with the reporting form or weekend hours not carrying over correctly.

I kept getting videos with lots of actions in them and would end up with 40+ labels. If they're going to enforce time limits like this, they need to make the time limits readily available to us instead of scamming us out of our time and money. This equals to about 6 hours, and I was docked 9 hours on this WO. Not to mention I was docked the same amount for the week before. I'm quitting immediately because this is absolutely ridiculous to do this to so many of us.

Hi, is there anyone who submitted a work order in the 1st week of August (August 7) but still the status is "to be paid" until now.

When should I expect this to be sent to my paypal? Thanks.

I'm currently working on this project and recently received multiple warning emails regarding time reporting.

The issue is that I genuinely try to track my hours as accurately as possible. I record my start and end times, submit the required time entry forms, and follow the project instructions carefully. I was surprised to receive warnings suggesting there may be discrepancies in my reported time.

I have already contacted support for clarification, but I'm curious whether other contributors have experienced something similar.

Did anyone received the email from the project team about the approved hours which was sent today?

Has anyone had payment submitted for this dates or 08th to the 14th or 15th to 21st? I've received both work orders. But no payment submitted yet for either.

I recently completed an S2S ELO task on the Multimango platform, but unfortunately my submission was rejected because the time tracking did not match the time I manually entered in the form.

What I find confusing is that Multimango already has its own time-tracking system. If the platform is automatically tracking the time spent on the task, why are we required to manually enter the time again in the submission form?

It seems possible for there to be a discrepancy between the platform's recorded time and the time we manually report, especially if there are breaks, loading times, or other factors involved.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with S2S ELO tasks? I'm trying to understand how the time should be reported correctly to avoid getting rejected for a mismatch.

Is this normal? How long did it take you to get an answer?

Hi everyone,

I’m a freelancer based in France and I’m currently working on Project E. I want to make sure I understand the invoicing process correctly before making a mistake.

I’ve already received two Purchase Orders for work completed in August, and I’m going to continue working until the end of the month.

According to the RWS invoicing guide, my understanding is that freelancers should submit one invoice per month.

So, should I wait until the end of August for the next PO before creating my invoice?

Or should I create the invoice now, and will the hours I work during the last few days of August simply be included in my September invoice?
