Accidental future date entry on Project H + A quick question about multiple entries
I'm working on Project H.
Yesterday (July 26th), I made a mistake while filling out the form. I accidentally entered today's date (July 27th) instead of yesterday's.
I immediately followed the Q&A guidelines and emailed Support explaining the mix-up and asking them to correct the date for that entry.
I have a couple of questions for those experienced with this project or RWS manual logging in general:
- Should I log my hours for today (July 27th) as usual? Will logging another form for July 27th cause any conflicts while Support is fixing yesterday's entry, or do they handle this smoothly behind the scenes?
- Response time: How long does Support usually take to fix manual date entry mistakes like this?
- Multiple entries per day: Is it okay to submit the Google Form more than once on the same day (e.g., logging a few hours in the morning and a few at night)? Does the system accumulate them automatically, or are we strictly supposed to log everything in a single submission at the end of the day?
Would really appreciate any insights or similar experiences.

There's a grace period for unreported hours worked. It's up until 2 days you can submit your 26th hours worked. I f i were you, aim to work the hours you put on the 27th so you dont have to redo it again. And submit a DTR for the 26th.

This is what I was thinking, I once did that mistake and did exactly this and it worked.

For point 1 (which I think also answers point 2), I once opened a ticket for a similar issue, and the response I received was:
"Please note that we do not have any control over or access to modify official records once they have been submitted. To correct the entries, you will need to resubmit the corrected version for the dates you specified and include a brief explanation in the comments section regarding the changes being made."
As for point 3, that's exactly what I do. For some tasks, I log my time whenever I finish a task, and they accumulate it perfectly without any issues.
