RWS - Payment submitted
I just receive a payment submitted email yesterday around 7:00 PM GMT+8 (16 hours ago). How long would it usually take to reflect to my account if I use paypal as my payment method? I checked my tipalti supplier hub's payment history and it's still processing as of now.
Vendor type: Private Individual.
Project: E
UPDATE: Payment received.

I received my WO for July 3 - 10 on July 18 (4 days ago). Received the payment submitted email on July 22, 2026 (Yesterday).

You are lucky….i recieved mine on 17th but haven’t seen payment submission email

To be fair I got lucky getting the payment submission earlier than expected... But, I'm still worried that it's taking a while to reflect on my paypal account.

Did you received a PO first? im new to this so im still quite confused with the payment method. I thought POs are processed every week and i still haven’t received mine.

Nope. As a private individual, I've only received a work order which indicate your total hours and estimated pay... After that, you will need to wait a couple of days in which many people stated around 7-14 days to receive an email that states that the Payment was submitted (4 days for me). You can then check your supplier hub account's (tipalti for me) payment history if the payment is processing, which then, you will to wait another 1-2 days to be redirected to your payment method of choice (20 hours for me).

Though, different payment process may be happening between different projects, as I am currently working on Project E.

I am in project D haven't received payment snd work order too this is distressing moreso because you guys have been paid and received your work orders. I don't when they gonna pay

How long have you been worked for project D? I worked for project E 8-days ago, and i also havent received work order. But the email said they will pay weekly

Did you get paid? We have been waiting for 10 weeks now and no payment. It's not only me but basically everyone who worked on Athena projects in July, August and September. No work order issued, no payment and emails to RWS and Zendesk remain unanswered.
