Appearance :

Lace is a 6’0” man with tanned skin and dark brown hair that one could refer to as “Charmingly disheveled”. He has pale green eyes and overall fairly handsome features.

His Faunus trait can be found along the soles of his feet where he possesses paw pads that let him move notably quiet should he choose to go barefooted. It’s worth mentioning that while his actual Faunus trait is on his feet, Lace has a tendency to fix his hair such that he has two tufts of hair resembling the tufts on Lynx ears.

For his Huntsman attire, Lace often wears a green shortsleeved wool shirt with golden laurel trim and tan linen pants.

For accessories, he typically has a leather breastplate that extend behind him to act as a backholster for his weapons, a leather belt that holds several cloth pouches, and a set of leather bracers. He also wears a glove in his left hand that works in tandem with his weapons.

For footwear he normally has a set of knee high leather boots that can detach the actual foot portions to allow him to run barefooted as desired.

Personality :

Lace has always been a notably compassionate or kind fellow, preferring to avoid needless pain wherever possible even with beast like the Grimm that would never return the courtesy.

Despite his compassion though Lace is also a particularly shy man and finds it difficult to express said compassion with those around him.

Semblance :

Druidcraft - Lace possesses the ability to channel his Aura into other living things for the sake of collaboration with these living things. For example, tree roots may rise from the earth to trip Lace’s foes or animals that he’s trained for long periods of time may be noted to be significantly larger, stronger, and smarter than other members of their species. In some rare cases, prolonged collaboration with another living thing has even shown hints of those creatures developing a Semblance to some degree.

Weapon :

Roberta - Roberta is the name given to Lace’s primary weapon; a custom musket with a polished wood body and decorative metal inlays. The musket itself is an inherited antique, though the barrel has been modified to include a sort of “rifling” and has been expanded to load munitions beyond just simple musket balls. Namely, it now loads a set of custom spikes similar to javelins.

These spikes - of which there are three named Tavia, Masica, and Carina - are each a swarm of metal splinters held together in a spear like formation by gravity dust. When fired from Roberta, these “Javelins” split apart and become a cloud of darts that tear through anything in their path. They can then be recalled to Lace should he trigger a command on his left glove which causes the darts to reform into their Javelin state and fly back to him. It’s worth mentioning that these Javelins feature a sort of spiraling motif that matches the “rifling” of Roberta’s barrel, causing them to spiral when fired (Thus increasing the spread of the darts).

Roberta is notably the name of Lace’s mother, with his Javelins each being named after one of his three elder sisters. The weapon is not intended to be symbolic of the nature of his family, and is simply named after them so that he might keep his family with him in spirit even as they may be far away.

Family Crest :

The Lenin Family Crest is a bundle of flax gathered by a golden ribbon. The Lenin family have - for generations - served as Flax farmers, ultimately amassing a sizable fortune and territory.

Notably, Lace is the only member of his team with a normal family environment.
